It took 7 weeks for delivery. The website is misleading on delivery times. Certainly not the quality I expected for the price. I was refunded on my purchase because it took so long. Ordered 11/23, arrived 1/10. One bag is shaped weird. Not sure I want to give them for the Christmas gifts they were intended for. Will never purchase anything else from this company

Waiting for shipment
The item itself looks great, the sad part is that it was only the wallet. We are still waiting for the purses to show. I ordered 2 large purses and one wallet. I would of thought they would of shipped together as a set. This was for my girlfriend for Christmas that was ordered weeks before, it has now been a month since a label was generated for shipment, were still waiting for the 2 main parts of the order to be delivered. Looks like we are still going to have to wait till the end of this month to get 1 of the 2 to be delivered, with just a wallet to show up first kind of took the wind from the sails, big letdown to the high expectations of what I'm sure are going to look amazing.

The product looks great
The product looks great. I'm genuinely impressed. Did not realize that ordering from Montebello meant it was coming from china, but I probably didn't read some of the stipulations and FAQs. The amount of emotional emails that come is a little bit annoying. But that's the way of the world today. Other than that the product looks amazing and I can't wait to see my fiance's face when I give it to her on Valentines Day

don't buy from them
items were purchased from company on 12/6. company website indicates they are in New York, but that isn't true. they are "maybe" in Vietnam (listed on the contact us page), or china (where items shipped from). FAQ page says 15 - 21 days for items to be "produced" and arrive. I received ONE of my two items that were ordered on 12/6 on 1/7. A full 30 days. Shipping label was created on 12/17 - item didn't leave china until 12/26 - almost 10 days later. My second item is still not delivered and the "tracking" says it's somewhere in L.A. but USPS doesn't have the package yet. Had I know the items were coming from China, I wouldn't have ordered.

Expert Craftsmanship
The quality of the product is extraordinary. Even the faux leather versions are beautiful. The artistry is exceptional and really seems to capture the characters and stories in unique ways. The only reason I didn’t give this review a five was due to the length of time it took to receive the product, 6 weeks total. If I had known to plan for that I would have been happy to do so.

I still haven't received my Wizard of Oz Purse. The Purse I received looks cheap. It is not real leather. The color is faded. The print on the purse looks like a 3D print. It's horrible. I will never buy from your company again and I will leave a bad review on any site I come across regarding your company.

Takes way too long to receive
I like the thought behind the purse however the time it takes to get it is very frustrating and this version of it I didn't care for the sizing I purchased one before which was a good size this one because I didn't want to really large one ended up giving me a smaller version also can't understand why doesn't have The zipper unless I pay a lot more so chose not to in hindsight wished I had.

Hoping for resolved issue
EDIT: SentenArt reached out to me via email and has resolved this matter of my purses. I’m hoping the new ones sent will be as ordered with the zipper&adjustable strap… They took my money quickly, but they didn’t get me my products until a month and a half later. These come from China. Both purses came in smashed, shipped in a plastic taped bag. I can’t get them unsmashed looking. They’re so small I can’t fit the matching wallets in them. And the length of the straps is ridiculous. Way too short. The purses go under my boob and they’re supposed to go to my hip for a crossbody.

Horrible Marketing Spam and Shipping
While the end product was pretty decent, everything else was horrible. I ordered this at the BEGINNING of November for Christmas and just got my first package today. Your marketing emails are also extremely creepy. "Out of nowhere, I heard shouting and the unmistakable sound of party poppers going off. It felt like New Year’s Eve in the middle of our workday!
“What’s going on?” I turned to Alex, our go-to guy for all things shipping.
“LYDIA! DID YOU SEE THIS? David JUST GOT THEIR FIRST ORDER!” Alex was practically glowing with excitement."
They all read like a bad fan fic. Will definitely not be ordering again unless the email gets way toned down and shipping becomes better.

Don’t bother, save your money
They do not tell you that your bag is coming from CHINA nor that it will take almost 2 months!
I ordered & PAID for LEATHER bags but that is NOT what I got!
It’s clearly PU or some other fake-o product.
It was packaged in a couple of plastic bags & NOTHING to prevent creases in the product.
I’m not going to bother trying to return the bags I received because THAT process will most likely drive me to drink!
STAY AWAY from this company!
