Initially addressed my concerns
They took care of the problem and sent me a new purse. It's so beautiful. I keep getting compliments on it.
So Far, they are going to send me a replacement.
I will update if it comes in.
Would not Recommend. Bought an expensive customized handbag. They did use a shipping company like UPS or Fedex. Did not receive. I have parcel Lockers. I have not had a missed delivery. Was told there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Colors are off
Company has good communication. Too much actually. They send a lot of emails. But, no biggie.
I got the Frankenstein’s Monster purse. I don’t love it.
The handles are really noisy, but that’ll probably change once it gets broken in.
The strap is awful. It is thin and light and flimsy. Not good for a strap, it won’t stay on my shoulder. It unclips from the bag though, so it can be switched out with a better one.
The worst part is the coloring is off. The picture online shows it having a brown antique style color, like a very old discolored page in a book. The actual purse has a pinkish background color. It just doesn’t work, and I am not a fan.

Conan Doyle purse arrival
My Conan Doyle purse arrived today in a plastic mailing bag. I am impressed with the printing that is on both sides of the bag. What worries me are the several creases in my bag on the sides and bottom and the quality of the vinyl. Thinking it happened in shipping.
Wish I would have upgraded. The Company is very good about keeping in touch with their customers. I did let them know tonight about the creases and sent pictures. Next time I will upgrade.

No need for persuasion with these Jane Austen featured handbags
I had trouble deciding which bag to order such is the range so I ordered two Jane Austen themed bags- one for me and one for my daughter who is an English teacher.
I am very happy with the customer service- I was kept in the loop regarding packing, transit and delivery.
The bags arrived today as promised and I am very happy with both bags. The quality is high and they look fantastic and so different to the run of the mill bags in the shops.
I will definitely make more orders as they are so unusual and just the right size.
