Very good quality steel radiator cover…
Very good quality steel radiator cover . Magnets are very strong and the cover clicks on perfectly. Saves messing about with changing a radiator piping and instantly makes this part of a room look brand new! Great concept. Highly recommended.

Beautiful products
I had an excellent experience with Sentimo and ordered radiator covers for a whole house refurbishment. The quality and colour options are fantastic and we are so happy.

MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT
Lovely looking radiator covers that are far better looking than the original. Also great heat conductors and dead east to fit. All in all very pleased with our purchases.

They just try to take your money
The radiator was measured correctly, but still does not fit. I contacted customer service where was told "you will be sent our raiser package and new radiator sides."
After two weeks, I checked on the status of my replacement items and was THEN told I'd have to pay 65 euros for this and THEN they include an invoice attached! How dishonest. The original email which said I will be sent the raiser package and new sides said nothing about extra costs and included no invoice.
There has been no further help from customer service at all, so I will be sending the radiator back entirely (at my own costs). Please learn from my mistake- return shipping costs are a small price to pay to learn my lesson and not use this company again or recommend them.
