From start to finish communications were prompt and staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
Having long term 24/7 flexible, easy access was paramount.
Storage was good value and suited our purposes perfectly.

I'd never used storage before, and the staff member was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to a cost effective but suitable size unit for my needs. No hassle, I could end the agreement in 14 days if I wanted to.

I emailed an enquiry three times before receiving a reply. The reply said they didn't have my exact requirement and that I must visit the site. I asked if my daughter could visit the site as I live in France - and also would they consider a better price for the bigger unit. Sentry Storage haven't bothered to reply to that email. Sentry Storage need to improve their communication skills or are their units so full they don't need to reply to enquiries.

I have been at Poole for some 7 years plus. The business, was previously Avon Self Storage.
I find, the location, just perfect.
Together, with easy access, for loading and un-lading vehicles. This is 7 days, a week, and 24 hours.
At times, i need to take over a second unit for a short, time.
If one is available, then the company always, help out on a short let.
The yard/site, is always, looked after very well. Plus very secure.
I have already recommended a colleague to the yard in Boscombe. He has taken over two units, there.
Over all , very pleased, with Sentry Self Storage.

Thank you to all at Sentry for making the experience of having to keep all my worldly goods in storage for 2 1/2 + years (instead of the 6 months I'd expected) relatively pain-free. It was very refreshing to be able to speak to real humans who went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. An excellent company - I highly recommend. Clean and easily accessible storage unit. Prices were competitive but I didn't need to give all my personal details to get them. This was one of the main reasons I chose Sentry over competitors. All the staff were polite and friendly. Site is easy to get to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend & would use again in future if required.

Stored my house contents at Hedge End for ten months. I chose Sentry Storage because the rates were competitive and the facilities bright and clean and on a well-used industrial estate. The booking process was easy and the facilities secure with trollies provided, adequate parking and helpful staff in the office. On the few occasions I needed to contact them about my account, the phone was answered promptly and they were easily able to access my details and answer my queries. Special thank you to Jack in the Hedge End office whose helpfulness was especially appreciated.

Outstanding service at the Waterlooville facility. At an incredibly stressful time Darren could not have been more helpful, ensuring the whole process was sorted swiftly and smoothly. He even stepped in to help move some extremely heavy items. Top marks.

Clive was really friendly and went through how to open and lock the storage unit in full and patiently. He allowed me time to practice before I felt confident in doing it independently. Great offer when I signed up to have two months free. 24hours access which was really useful. Items were stored safely. I would highly recommend the Worthing storage unit. Thank you.

Clive is fantastic - quick at replying and always able to help sort any issues that may occur! We have had between 4 and 6 containers over the past year with no problems.

Great Service

I have only had my belongings in storage for a month but so far, no complaints. From the moment I started to engage with Sentry, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. On the day of moving my belongings into the unit, again I was greeted by Greg who couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly could not recommend this place enough.
