Great, secure storage units
I have had a storage unit with PadStore in Melton for about 3 years and then a second unit over the last 6 months.
The units are clean, well maintained and very secure.
The opening hours are also very good with access 7 days a week.
Finally the customer service from both Sarah and George has been excellent and can't thank them enough for their service.

Superb
From the moment I realised I needed storage (and quickly) Padstore have been a dream to deal with. The online quote and booking process was easy and a small issue I had accessing site was dealt with very quickly by George over a weekend. Sarah and George have been great to deal with and the site is secure and well kept. The key deposit and prorated refund was paid promptly. I would happily recommend this company.

Padstore Grantham is a gem
I have used the Padstore facility at Grantham for storage following my parents' passing. From the start they have always been really helpful and competitively priced. Their units are secure and easily accessible at all times. As good as it gets!

A great storage facility which we have used for a number of years. Padstore are easy to deal with and provide clean, tidy and secure storage.
We have only left due to needing bigger premises.

Easy access facilities.
We found this storage facility easily accessible any time of day, made use of the trolley that is provided for units on the first floor. Help is just a phone call away, will definitely use again if needed.

Very impressed with the experience of using Padstore. From the initial telephone conversation to obtaining the storage unit it went smoothly and efficiently. A really postive experience
I have used Padstore Self Storage for nearly 3 years and in all that time I have received outstanding service. A lot of Companies could learn a great deal about how to treat their customers from George and Sarah.
The unit which was clean and tidy offered secure 24/7 easy access and made my life a lot easier while having to downsize.
Queries were always answered immediately and resolved quickly. Sarah is extremely courteous and very professional. I would recommend their business to anyone.

Padstorage was an excellent choice for storing my house and personal belongings for at least six months and a bit more. The facility was seriously impressive. The lock up was spotless, smell free and the floor really really clean. I am not good at tech but Sarah in the office talked me through the process of entering and leaving several times! What patience, kindness and what wonderful service. She even rang me back once when I pressed her Padstorage number accidentally to check that I was alright and not in need of any assistance! I cannot speak highly enough of the quality and service I received. If I ever need to move again they will always be my first choice and port of call! Thank you Sarah and Padstorage!

Brilliant! Would use them again
There is a warning on this page that they use unsupported invitation methods - in my case, I had already emailed my praise to Padstore when giving notice, so definitely haven't been coerced into giving a falsely positive review! We hired several units with Padstore and each signup and checkout was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. The site is easily accessed, secure, and tidy, with plenty of room between the units to make moving around easy, even with a van. Payment was dealt with efficiently each month, and our refunds at the end of each hire were seamless and quick. We have hired many units over the years, and this has by far been the best experience.
