Good value for money
Good value for money, good security, clean storage unit in good condition provided. Customer service if excellent. You are provided with all information up front. Didn't worry about storing my entire house for three months, I knew it was safe and easily accessible. Lovely staff who go the extra mile. I really love the arrangement with Rainbows and donating your key deposit to them, which they then match! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Would also use them again if ever needed.

Outstanding service/customer service
I have dealt with many companies in my role as HR and can honestly admit, I have never felt as valued a customer as I did with Sarah and George. They made the experience of hiring/vacating a storage container as easy as possible, George even offered to come to the site when I couldn't get the container opened. I couldn't believe how clean the containers were and just how secure my belongings felt. All email contact was dealt with quickly and the response was always amiable. Speaking to Sarah was like interacting with a friend. A most enjoyable experience that doesn't cost the earth due to container hire being on a pro-rata basis. I will be using them again and will encourage my friends to do the same. A big thank you for helping make my house move a little less stressful ;0)

I would not hesitate to recommend padstore, from talking to George on the phone to the emails from the ladies in the office, everyone was friendly and helpful. The storage was clean, dry and a tidy area. The communication was excellent with clear instructions on how to collect keys, make payments and deposit keys too. My refund was processed quickly on our departure too. Many thanks for your time and help.

Handy storage site near the A1/A52
Very handy storage site near the A1/A52 junction in Grantham. We found the 20ft container just right for storing our garden/garage equipment during our move. Easy to come and go 24/7 with your own key & gate code, would highly recommend.

Good communicators with the customer and value for money, prompt repayment of deposit… only little gripe was the padlock was a tad fiddly to lock / unlock.
Clean dry and modern 20 ft containers.
