Quality tech support/troubleshooting
Hello, I want to say how satisfied I have been with the tech support and technicians. I had an issue after the inverter unit upstairs not restarting after a power outage hit my area I called and talked to Sam, he told me it was most likely a cap that was the problem and sent me a PCB and got the new part to me quickly. It was the problem and got me back to good. I tell people I talk to about my experiences I have had with your company and will continue to do so because of employees like Sam.

I love your product this is my second…
I love your product this is my second mini split. I should have rated this a 5 and if I have the ability to change later would be happy to do so. I paid for a stand and did not receive it holding up my install. I emailed your customer service team, and they said they would get one out asap. So that is great customer service. Happy with everything if my stand shows up reasonably quick happy to change to a 5 star rating. Again the product is great.

I sent an email to the customer service team. It took a few emails, but we sorted it out. I receive parts today via CPC (warranty parts). Hopefully, I can get the LETO heat pump working properly & it cuts out once the room reaches the set temperature.

Good, quality product. I hope it’s American made, but I’m not sure. My most recent purchase was my third one and I’m planning on getting one more. Using Seville mini splits has greatly reduced my power bill and provides maximum comfort.Easy install. Works as advertised.

They did an exalent job with the order
They did an exalent job with the order. I needed a longer set of lines than were in stock when I first tried to order. They let me know the extra length would likely be in stock the next week, and they would notify me when it became availably. They did just as they said and shipped next day. So far all was great.
