Had an issue with one of my mini split…
Had an issue with one of my mini split units, they directed me to find out what was wrong with it which was installation error, or damaged from a spliced control wire that had come severed.

My order was shipped immediately, and arrived in just a couple of days! We needed the rapid delivery to finish and installation, and Senville did it!
10/8/26 Further Review: we finished the installation and had a local HVAC company come and connect the line sets from the three indoor heads to the outdoor unit. We couldn't be more satisfied. All three indoor units work perfectly, and there is no noise at all indoors, and the outside unit operates very quietly. I am very impressed. We plan to install several more of these units in the houses of friends and family. Good company.

The products are good
The products are good. Shipping was on time and packaging in good shape. The support is decent. It was bit difficult to decipher what the exact specs and instructions are. Terrible disservice to your customers that they have to pay more for the wi-fi kit, when you're including the Alexa kit.

According to FedEx, the shipment has been in their Memphis TN facilities since Sep 9--almost two weeks. The "Delivery Details" tab has said "Will be updated soon for seven days--since Sep 15.

Good quality mini split that sips electricty
The mini splits from Sanville seem to be a good build and made well. The inside unit is able to be mounted with the plumbing coming out either on the left or right side of the unit as well as the drain tube.it comes with an exact cardboard cutout of the inside unit that makes life a LOT easier when it comes time for mounting.so good thinking there for including that in the box. I bought the 12000btu with 25' of line set and did not need to shorten or add to that which resulted in not needing to add or remove any of the R454.I did a vacuum for 30 min, let it sit 30 min (no leaks) and that was it. opened the valves and instant COLD air. super quite also on both outside and inside units.
I have the 240volt version so anyone wanting to know the exact amp draw on each wire here it is.
as soon as you hit the power button and it starts running it pulls 2.8 amps on each of the hot wires.after 5-7 min it goes up to 5.3 amps on each hot wire and no higher.so this mini-split sips electricity for sure. The inside unit has a display that will show the temp that it is set to and can be changed to show the temp of the room if you wanted to. but as soon as you hit the power button that display lights up. nice bonus for sure.it's not difficult to install but you need to do this job when you're not in a rush because it is time consuming and that drain hose and line set can be a pain in the a** to deal with. You need to pay >>close attention<< not the kink that copper pipe also. other than that, it's not too difficult. don't forget, if you can use the 25' of line set you will not need to add or remove any freon because these units are filled for the 25'lines.
only thing I don't like is the rubber feet for the outside unit. they could have done something a lot better. if it's mounted on the ground then you will not really need that anyways. all things considered the Sanville mini split is money well spent.

HVAC contractor here...this brand seems to be worth the purchase.
HVAC contractor here...I have installed 3 Senville mini split systems so far and have been pleased with the equipment. It is a significantly less expensive option for my clients compared to other name brands (Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin, etc). So far no issues reported. The warranty registration process was a little more detailed than other manufacturers, I assume because this is readily available to all homeowners to purchase themselves versus the other equipment that I install which can only be purchased by licensed contractors. Will continue to install.
