Hired them for book marketing, with a deal that promised 200% return on investment within 6 months or a full refund. They failed to deliver, failed to explain why, and failed to refund the money.

I was told in February that they'd had problems with a cyber attack and this is why they're currently struggling to action anything (they have a surprising number of recent 5* reviews taking this fact into account). They promised to refund the money if I took my previous 1* review down. I did so, and alas, the money hasn't arrived. I've now had to issue a CCJ against them in order to try and get the refund.

They are one of two companies (along with Ghostbook Writers) who form part of the Orbit umbrella that I've had the mispleasure of working with. But they are all one team of evasive, dishonest and untrustworthy individuals.

Quick responses, helpful and very trustworthy. Provided us concepts within days with easy communication and really took on board what we wanted. Would highly recommend and would use them again without hesitation.

This company took my payment for a job that they said would be done by end of Nov 2020. They didnt take any interest in the work they were meant to be doing, the so called project manager didnt even read the prief i put together and sent them then they went quiet. it is now end of Jan 2021and they are not replying to email, i managed to speak to somone on live chat and they promised a manager would call but that never happened. they have now closed the live chat so i cant message them and their phone line just goes to a tune for a little while then cuts you off. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM

I commissioned SEOPROHUB to deal with my SEO in July 2020. They persuaded me to take a brand new website of which I paid for in full. I had nothing but problems with the project managers not designing the website how I had requested. I paid for blogs and they offered maintenance packages by way of an apology. I was promised that the website would be done before christmas and here we are at the end of January 2021 and still isn’t finished. They have now blocked my communications since asking for a refund of which I am now in the process of taking them to court for!! AVOID!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

If someone would be honest, this company might perhaps be called a scam or at best an unorganized assembly of sales people and call agents trying to keep you in the worst development process I have experienced in my life.

The task was to develop a website according to my design ideas, link a data feed and SEO optimize it.
Simple design delivery did not get beyond some pdfs for a tiny 9 page website in a 3 month timeframe while the indicated timeframe for the whole project was 8 weeks. The design was inconsistent in implementation, already implemented elements disappeared again and feedback had to be given several times on the same topics without recognition. The communication works only until you have signed up. The promise you the world in terms of delivery and realize almost nothing.

0 Stars would be the right choice.

Ryan Fernandez has been helpful and has really listened to what I wanted for my book and kept me up to date with what is going on.

I have been very impressed with the service provided in publishing my book so far. After having spoken to Anthony at the outset and then Walter and particularly Cheryl- Ann who has been in frequent touch answering my questions and quelling my fears about the book's readiness for Amazon and Kindle before Christmas. They have been willing to work to my dead line and have made very helpful suggestion to enhance the appeal of the book.
