If you are writing your first book, you definitely need professionals on your side to help you to reach your best work. I am grateful to get to know Walter, Cheryl and the team in general. They lead my project in a great way, answering professionally all my questions and taking into account that I am new in this field and need support and understanding. I have a great pleasure working with this team!

Back in July I submitted a Diary for formatting and Publishing. The Diary was approximately 27,000 words and contained photographs.
I have experienced both major and minor hiccups over this period of time, in part due to the reluctance of the firm to accept a hard copy(proof read with highlighted errors) at a personal meeting. They have used COVID as an excuse but back in August this would have been possible, meeting literally for less than a minute.
That said, and after changes of personnel Cheryl has got the project ‘over the line’ and I am grateful for that. If Part Two of my Diary is assigned to Cheryl then that be good news.

I enjoy working with Walter and Ryan. The Marketing team is really reactive and for the whole project i have the feeling that there is always someone behind the line ready for me.

My book has not yet finished. As far as customer service is concerned, I find the team of Walter helpful, courteous and efficient. If I needed clarification or not happy with what I have requested,there is always someone from the team I can speak too.

Three and a half stars...I used SEO Prohub to publish a book on Amazon and they completed the task successfully. The project management software was good and very user-friendly and response times from Ryan and Walter were very fast.

Customer service was good but let down at the start by nobody asking what the book was about which led to delays in producing relevant cover artwork at the end,

The job was done in the end, the people were friendly and the support was good. This would be ideal for most people, but after spending four months writing a book I wanted to "feel the love" a bit more than I did...if you don't care about this as much then consider this as 4 stars.

I was informed that the project took a maximum of 10 working days, but it took more than two months. When I was arguing with them about the unexplained delay, their employee answered me “you can advise us on your feedback “.
So, my advice to all customers is to pay via credit card and to be prepared to call your bank and file a dispute.
