Sephora missed the entire purpose of online shopping.
So it's the summer sale at Sephora and I decided to grab a couple of moisturizers, BB cream, and make-up for the coming autumn and winter seasons. The web store put a lot of their best sellers and a wide selection of great products online.
Sephora offers two alternatives for deliver: pick up at store or home delivery.
OPTION 1 Home Delivery: 1 out of the six items is available for delivery. Only 1/5.
OPTION 2 Store Pick-up: they provide the option to pick up pre-paid products at the store. One store in the area had 1 out of the 6 items (1/6), A store 56 km away from our city had 2 out of the 6 items available, another had 3 items, and yet another had 1 out of the 6 items.
In conclusion, to get all 6 items, I have to go to 4 different Sephora Stores and travel over 100 kms to get 6 items I could easily order from individual brands or get at Amazon with free delivery.
Very very very poor customer experience, if there is even any. Don't waste time on their web store. Complete waste of time.

Custom service is terrible
Custom service is terrible! My box arrived with opened oil and several products were full of this oil. I wrote to sephora.it, they answered me after one week, asked photos. I sent photos and video and no more answers! I asked refund only for oil around 10 euros. And sephora.it is so miserable, they didn't answer me any more! High prices and customer service is terrific. No more
