Hello sssl am glad to still be with you guys up till this new year, happy new year though , I sent an email to you guys last year around 18 December and till date I got no response 😔 ok before I make this review and asking my questions I want to thank you guys alot for helping me all this years especially the payment system and every other things I really appreciate so first of all,one of my Sound on this distributor got around 24 million views on a a reel on Instagram on October last year which the video was posted around September last year and my analysis from October last year came up I was seeing only €117 from Facebook so I want to find out is €117 from the 24 million views or is it from somewhere else because someone used my sound a company used my sound and got that 24 million views and from the CSV that you guys sent me from other years I see I made over €400 from 2 million and above so I’m still confused how I made €117 from 24 million views because it is not corresponding so I just wanna be sure, that was what was in the email even though I’ve downloaded the CSV. I still don’t understand it so I guess you guys can break it down for me Either here or on my email.

So I want to find out something a friend of mine who is also using this distributor,because I introduce him to it so he verified his distributor account with his voters card and I don’t have a vote card. I went to get a drivers license and it’s taking a lot of months so I want to find out if I can use his vote card to verify my account I want to know if it is possible or I would not get banned, thank you have a beautiful year. We are Vozon Records (insta - @vozonrecs) a well reputed Record label with hundreds of artists signed under us. Few month back they blocked us and when I had reached out they said that we used AI to produce music, which is a false claim from their side and they didn't even reach out to us to verify about it. The track was infact created by a producer and we have sent them the proofs and they have stopped responding and blocked us on Instagram aswell. Now they are keeping all our music under curfew for 5 years, and keep collecting those royalties. If I ever wanted to takedown, I have to pay 20 euro per UPC itseems.....Blocking people is fine if you can prove they indulged in those activities, but in this case we even have proofs the track was created by a producer and have the project files aswell. How come you can give false claim, ban and keep all our royalties and catalogue? This doesn't just affect us but all the artists signed under us!

After approving my track I don’t know what next my song is not shared any where. no email too am confused tell me some things

First they closed my account, then they asked me to pay and I did, but my account was not opened. They want money again. There is not even a notice on my account. Supposedly APPLE MUSIC sent a notice, but when I talked to them, they said that there was no notice in my account. They are literally scamming me to not pay the balance in my account...

I have been working with Sepucral and it pithcing like 2 years in a row and i like the easy it is to make all u need to drop your music, to distribute on all the digital platforms and to promotion it to playlists.

I trully recommend work with them, maybe the date of payment its a bit too long but al the benefits of been with Sepulcral are ok.

Honestly I don't know if I'm the one who don't know how to use this App or not. To be sincere with you here, I think things are not well organized. I've been trying to claim my Artiste's profile on digital platforms using a screenshot of my upload on my distribution platform (Selpulchral Silence). I tried so many times...

I have been a user for almost 5 years now, and i have only good things to say :) Especially for smaller artists with multiple projects it’s a better alternative to Distrokid etc. since it will cost less. Also they have reached out to me personally trying to help my music marketing since they saw potential which was very personal and nice to hear!
Won’t use another platform in the future either due to that. Can’t do wrong with SS :)

It's rather easy to use and understand, I use it for my band and everything has worked well, no complaints.

The only thing I'm not really into, is the distribution platform. I think it could be a little more user friendly or easier to use, sometimes I get lost trying to find something. But other than that, I really recommend it!
