I needed to return two small items in a larger order made online. I called customer service and they processed the appropriate route but when I mentioned I’d be close to a design store today she recommended I could ask to return it there and save the $15 return shipping and processing fee. When I went to the design store Bobby, the manager, was friendly greeting me and patient with my return needs. He quickly processed my return and even with the sparkling water her offered and retrieved for me I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service and an easier process.

I was very pleased with my experience. The items I received were of excellent quality, and I truly felt appreciated and valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to shop with a company that clearly cares about both the quality of its products and its customers. I would definitely recommend them and would happily shop with them again.

Amanda was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond! She patiently listened to my explanation about placing my order and even offered to speak with her supervisors about allowing me to use a promotion that had ended the day before.

A boutique company that really delivers. Quality furniture, wonderful linens, superior customer service.

I have ordered a bed frame twice now, and both times it was delivered broken. The stitching was practically falling apart. This is very disappointing and their customer service is horrible. If you buy from this company, I’d find a brick and mortar location. Do not trust the online system.

I recently redecorated a bedroom and absolutely love how it turned out!! My design person was amazing.. very patient and fun to work with!! I have since purchased other items and will continue to shop at S&E!! I highly recommend them!!

Serena and Lily is a standout from the perspective of customer experience, communications, and product quality; they've become a go-to shopping venue for me.

I utilized the design service to determine if a barstool cushion would match a specific painters chair. They were quick to respond and very helpful. She gave me an extra discount as well. When I went to order, I noticed white glove shipping was the only option but it was $599! I called customer service and the guy discussed the heaviness of the chairs and how many plus where we live. He offered free shipping but left the white glove service. This was my first experience with Serena and Lily but I was wowed by their service and attention.

Shopping online is assuming your purchases will be as described. Having made several purchases in the past year, I have been extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of the items I ordered. The order was processed in a short amount of time.packaged beautifully and arrived when expected.
