This was my second purchase at Sit n Sleep, I have purchased here many years ago and I strongly recommend purchasing from them! Our experience was 10 out of 10 at the Norco store with Floyd, he was super helpful, never pushy…always a plus. My husband and I were only window shopping and ending up purchasing sooner than expected. Besides the excellent customer service by Floyd, The price was great due to Memorial Day sale and delivery was the next day! Thank you and I will be sending my family and friends to your store again Floyd! I love my temperpeudic mattress! Quick easy purchase and one satisfied customer!

My delivery team was amazing! They updated me on their eta and had my new bed & base set up in no time. Very happy with my entire bed buying experience!

Arrived on time and were very professional, polite, friendly with great service as well they removed old mattress/box spring then set up my new mattress and box frame I’m pleased with the whole process. My consultant, Sandra Vera, made the whole process painless. She listened to me, she showed me the mattresses I had researched and only after I decided they weren’t what I was looking for did she make suggestions for options based on my needs. She is excellent!

Chris Mora was very helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable about his product. He explained the process of delivering the bed and most important was the 10 year warranty.
I just hope that this mattress works out for me. Will let you know how my sleep went.

Secondly, the two delivery men were cheerful and helpful and efficient.
I really liked the texting that kept me up-to-date on my delivery, but I hate the robotic voice. So impersonal.

I have no regrets thanks to salesman Daryl I felt that I made a good choice with my selection of a bed. The delivery service was made early. The crew came in and within minutes had my bed set up & I was on my way to a good, ache free nights rest.

The show room and sales representative. I purchased the bed and bed springs and it was delivered today. All went well. I have to get used to sleeping on a taller bed. My old mattress was 31 yrs. old and a lot shorter.

The two men who delivered the bed were very professional and moved very quick to assemble the bed

Who knew buying a mattress could be so easy? From the start selecting a mattress to delivery the process was seamless. FANTASTIC customer service both in the showroom, to receiving texts and phone calls about delivery. I am telling all my friends to see Joe Adams at the Northridge location! We are so happy with the customer service we received at Sit n Sleep. Mark was our sales representative and he was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to us. He had us lay on all the mattresses so we could get our best fit. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new mattress.
