Korbin Schaefer was our salesperson and he was fantastic. He ascertained our needs and asked about other mattresses we had purchased at Sit & Sleep. We tried out the diagnostic mattress that imaged our posture, body frame and favored sleeping positions. Then he was able to recommend the best matches for us and my elderly mother who will also be using the mattress. Delivery was fast, professional and easy. We are loyal customers for life! Thank you!

The moment we walked into the store we were welcomed by the salesman John who was very knowledgeable on every bed made in there. He really made the experience of not really knowing what kind of bed to get easy. The delivery service was great they really stuck to the time frame and the app showed exactly when they would arrive. I would recommend shopping here and am excited to sleep on our new mattress!

I'm very particular about choosing a mattress, and Sit'n Sleep made the whole process easy and pleasurable. They had a great selection of mattresses, and there was no pressure or unwanted surprises. The sales person(Korbin) was very knowledgable, professional and cordial. The home delivery service was exceptional as well. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.

we walked in and were helped immediately (we didn't even ask for it!). Josie was very warm and knowledgeable. we ended up ordering a mattress that day. for delivery everything was well-communicated. the delivery men were so efficient and helpful for the installation. 10/10 for everyone!

I went to the Sit 'n Sleep in Tarzana on 04/15/26 and the service was excellent. The salesman Freddy was very honest and knowledgeable in helping find the right Mattress for me. Also gave me great advice for ordering furniture to go along with my Mattress.

The delivery today was right on time as scheduled and the delivery men set everything up really fast- all while being careful moving everything into the room. They were literally done setting up everything in less than 20 minutes. Very respectful of the house and neighborhood.

Delivery was early and everything was fast and efficient. Employees were very pleasant and outgoing.

I had to reject part of my ordered today because it was not what I needed. The bed could not be set up because the sales associate did not ask the right questions or get me all the right products to have a proper bed set up. This is disappointing as I have to have 2 different deliveries and no use of the bed right away. This is not the fault of the delivery team, this directly reflect the sales person’s lack of making sure I had everything i needed for a successful experience

Joselyn was super helpful and informative. She let me try a few mattresses out, I got stuck on one, and she said I looked comfy. She bundled pillow cases and protector sheets for me which I could probably got cheaper on Amazon but whatever. Delivery was fast, like next day next morning fast. Overall just a painless experience.
