Serena and Lily represent excellent…

Serena and Lily represent excellent quality of inventory and their customer service is undeniably the best. I have loved all of the products I’ve purchased from this company and also so impressed by their customer service. I will always be a return customer.

Disappointing and frustrating - not good quality

Ordered Castine Duvet and sheet set for a guest bed. The items came with such a strong chemical smell that it had to be laundered. After laundering exactly as instructed the items are so wrinkled and steaming and ironing did not remove many of the wrinkles. No way can this be used on a guest bed. Very disappointing based upon the price point.

Fabulous service and delivery!

I am so pleased to have discovered this wonderful interior design and furniture business through their tasteful, elegant and beautiful Serena & Lily magazine a few years ago. The selection is wonderful and it's a breeze to order on line. Delivery is first rate, too!

makes me HAPPY!!!!!!! I am very blessed and have 3 homes and am incorporating Serena and Lilly in all of them!!!! And SO HAPPY WHEN A STORE BY MY NAPLES,FLORIDA PLACE OPENED THIS YEAR!!!

Love your style:-)...I am re-decorating…

Love your style:-)...I am re-decorating our primary bath and wanted soft and lovely. The Biscayne Chandelier made out of coco shell slivers was the perfect fit for the space and exactly what I wanted (and it was 40% off!). Plus I ordered the Priano wallpaper to go with our freshly painted seafoam blue cabinetry! Can't wait and thanks for the Labor Day sale!!!
