Took me four years to find the right surgeon to do my rhinoplasty and I’m so happy I went with serene cosmetic were absolutely amazing.The staff were absolutely great. friendly supportive in every way possible absolutely brilliant experience went over and beyond for me and being a fussy person. Really are truly amazing. Cygnus was amazing aswell any question I asked they replied really quick couldn’t off not wished for a better experience.

The best experience! I went to Turkey for a FDL tummy tuck, 360 lipo, and a breast augmentation after loosing weight, from beginning up until now Serene have been amazing! They talked me through the steps prior to flying and when they heard I was worried they called me and they listened to every concern and answered any question no matter how silly and made me feel so much better! While I was out there they continuously checked up on me and jumped on any worries or concerns I had. It’s been 3 months since my surgery and they are still messaging and checking up on me answering any worries I have! I couldn’t fault my experience at all and would definitely recommend them to anyone!! I felt so comfortable, relaxed and so so happy that I went with Serene.
I cannot wait to go back out in April for my arm lift.

Second time using serene cosmetic and wouldn’t use anyone else now. Lois is amazing, made me feel completely at ease and excited for my surgery. The whole experience ran smoothly from start to finish. Over the moon with the results so far and can’t wait to see when I’m completely healed. Will 100% be back for surgery in the future.

Serene have been amazing to work with. Not only did they help me reschedule my rhinoplasty twice due to unforeseen circumstances they went above and beyond to provide amazing care over the Christmas period. My surgary was on the 26th December and my follow up was on NYE so I was a little nervous that things would be slower but the serene team were extremely punctual and assisted me wherever needed. My surgeon and the staff were extremely professional and kind and most importantly I am over the moon with my results.

About a week and a half post op from my breast lift with implants and couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. My co ordinator Megan from serene has been so attentive and answered all of my questions from start to finish . My recovery has honestly been so much better than I expected and I’m just all in all super happy with everything. Thank you serene ❤️

Had such a good experience using serene cosmetics for my plastic surgery in November 2025. Megan was unbelievably patient with me for the 9 months prior where i was very back and forth making my decision to go ahead with the surgery. Couldn't fault them at all, perfect and very well organised from the start to finish of the week i spent in istanbul having my procedures and the ongoing support/advice/check in’s during my post op recovery. Couldnt recommend them enough, and cant wait to use serene again for my next surgery. Thank you to yous all and the surgeons, over the moon with my results so far. x x x

Honestly couldn’t recommend enough! I had Megan as my first point of call and has been amazing from day one, even on the first phone call I was so unsure about having a rhinoplasty as I never had surgery before, Megan wasn’t pushy or trying to convince me I was able to make my own decision she was just there to provide me the info! Always checking up before and after the surgery. Everything was so straight forward, had a little mix up with the hotel (I went to the wrong one) but they immediately booked me a room there so I wasn’t moving from hotel to hotel which I was so pleased about how quick they took care of it, I couldn’t of done it without them👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Big thank you to Lois who has been there since day dot. Ensuring my safety and getting me to where I need to be the right way. Lois checked in on me through out my journey start to finish and has given me guidance and advice when needed.

Overall , I’ve had a great experience with Serene Cosmetics.
I’ve been dealing with Lois for a year now , firstly going to Bodrum last December for my teeth which was a wonderful experience , then back beginning of this year for my husband & son to do the same . I have just got back from Istanbul and dealt with Lois again , she’s always available if I have any questions, checks in to make sure you’re ok and if anything needs changed or fixed she’s quick to do so .
I would happily recommend Serene Cosmetics and Lois as she is a lovely person and makes you feel at ease .

Serene Cosmetic are a top class reliable efficient service. They value their clients and advise them in the best way. They deserve 5 stars and I would definitely recommend them. Megan and Lois answer any questions you have and do their best to reassure you.

I’m not a customer; I assisted others in a representative capacity in 2025 with this business. From correspondence I handled, I formed the view that it’s wise to "clarify some things carefully"

If you are considering this business, (who are brokers for foreign clinics). These are questions you "might" want to ask upfront:

1. Can they confirm in writing that any refund is not conditional on changing or removing public reviews?

2. Who is the legal contracting party, identification of the actual contracting party (clinic vs intermediary) and the governing law/jurisdiction.

3. What is the refund process and timeframe if treatment doesn’t proceed—get this provided it in writing. The process, decision-maker and timeframe

4. Ask them supply the pre-contract information and cancellation details in writing. Statutory pre-contract and cancellation details (e.g., Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Can't thank you enough!!!

This is my second time with you guys and once again you made me feel a million dollars. I had my teeth done early in the year and had no issues just compliments all the way. my confidence has improved and i'm happy again. After my teeth i have had a hair transplant and starting to see the results i'm in total shock i keep walking past the mirror and i'm looking like my younger confident self again.

Serene you have made this whole process so seamless, you know how scared i was because of all the questions i had and you made me feel comfortable holding my hand every step of the way. Honestly thank you so much your the best.

A money grabbing company , avoid . Company is being taken to the court . I asked for Dr Tolga specifically. They replied “we can do that for sure.” I paid £1,900 up front. Only months later did they finally tell me my surgeon would be Prof. Dr Emre — not the surgeon I requested. When I cancelled (for obvious reasons) they refused to return a single penny of the £1,900, calling it a “service fee” + “provider deposit.”

This whole experience felt pushy and evasive:
    •    Pressure to pay (“prices going up—pay before X date”) before naming the surgeon.
    •    Surgeon switch after payment. That’s not a detail — that’s the heart of the decision.
    •    Stonewalled on refund. They kept all of it.
    •    Data handling red flags: they even referenced my friend’s booking/refund in messages to me. My friend says £500 is still being withheld from her too.

I’m angry because I feel misled and then stuck. If a clinic can’t confirm your surgeon in writing before taking your money, walk away. Demand the statutory cancellation info and the model cancellation form first. If they can’t (or won’t) provide it, do not pay.

This is my honest account based on our WhatsApp and emails. They are now been taken to court over the above.

The drivel of a reply to  this review exemplifies what this business is like. Stating the claim is denied is deliberately misleading. You actually put in a comical defence that’s all. For the benefit of users reading this they are currently being taken to court and have now raised an amateur defence with no basis in law and does not address a cohesive legal position. Which does them no credit.

For the absence of doubt they are being sued currently.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Good communication and very attentive hospital staff. Would definitely return. Thank you to Megan & the team.

The communication from the customer service team felt unprofessional and at times even rude. Messages were scattered between email and WhatsApp, which made everything confusing and difficult to follow - it would be much better if communication was kept in one place.

What concerned me most was that the patient coordinator dismissed my suitability for one of the surgical procedures I was wanting to get a quote with, based on her own personal opinion, rather than consulting with a qualified surgeon. She came back and rejected the idea of surgery after looking at just three photos, without taking into account how lighting can affect the appearance . When I asked whether this had been reviewed with a surgeon, she admitted it had not, and instead told me that "because of my age" the surgeon would probably say no.

In my view, it is not the role of a customer service representative to make surgical decisions — that should be left to the surgeon, who actually understands anatomy and can give proper medical advice once he was reviewed the photographs. The way this was handled felt dismissive and discouraging. Overall, the experience left me with little trust in the process, and I would have much preferred clear, respectful communication and an actual consultation with a surgeon before a patient coordinators personal advice or guess of what the surgeon would say.

I cannot recommend Serene Cosmetic highly enough. From the very beginning, the level of care and professionalism was absolutely unmatched. Every detail of my rhinoplasty journey was handled with such precision and thoughtfulness – from the pre-op consultations, travel planning, and luxury concierge services to the accommodation in a beautiful hotel.

They didn’t just arrange surgery; they curated a seamless, stress-free experience. I felt supported at every step, and their commitment to sourcing only the world’s best surgeons gave me complete peace of mind. Choosing Serene Cosmetic was the best decision I made. Helpful from the beginning and still are 10 weeks on. Still recovering from a full face and neck lift and Lois has been on hand all the way. From talking me through the process to helping support the healing. I’ve needed addition support with stitch removal and antibiotics and she has been there to fully support. Definitely could not have done it without them, I would have felt vulnerable with nowhere to turn to. Will definitely be using them in the future too.
