It can be quite daunting travelling to another country for surgery, but booking with Serene made me feel so at ease with peace of mind. Lois was at hand every step of the way with me, with advice and guidance. I am still healing but so happy with my results already. My experience with serene cosmetic has been perfect from start to finish. Lois has been such an amazing support from the minute I enquired, to post surgery. She has answered any questions and has calmed my nerves pre and post op on so many occasions. She has checked in on me daily and looking back I dont think I could have done it without serene. I don’t think I could have found an amazing surgeon just by doing research as I think I would have got overwhelmed as there are so many out there. They booked a gorgeous hotel and arranged all the transfers, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. At times Lois felt like my personal nurse and she wasn’t even in the same country. Worth your weight in gold and I can’t thank you enough. Even though I’m still healing, my results already look incredible. Once again thank you so much, I would come back in a heartbeat x

Had rhinoplasty surgery recently. Fantastic service from start to finish. Being dealt with before and after by serene is a very comforting and easygoing experience. and the surgeon and nurses in Istanbul are amazing.

Just got back from have revision breast surgery: I had a reduction and uplift about 8 years ago but due to loosing weight needed an implant. I’ve followed serene for many years and always was going to book through them after seeing all they have done. Megan made it so easy for me to book. Put everything together for me and got back to me with everything so quickly. She checked on me the whole way through from before arriving in Turkey and throughout. I’m so impressed with my surgery. The surgeon was absolutely incredible and I would never go to anyone else. He is very special. The after care was amazing and still since being home Megan has continuously checked on me to ensure I’m ok and helped with any questions. Very professional. 3 years ago I had breast surgery that left me mentally and physically scared , I lost all trust in anyone and was so scared to have reconstruction surgery to repair the absolute mess they left me in . I eventually put my trust ln dr Omerfarukkocak from serene cosmetics , I wasn’t the easiest patient and he really had his work cut out to repair my breasts , I never thought I would ever love my breasts again but thanks to him and his excellent work I have my confidence and self esteem back, his work is incredible I was speechless with my results , what a talented , clever and lovely man you are , I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me and how you have changed my life you really are a incredible dr , I would highly recommend you to anyone your talent and work is amazing thankyou so much .

DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE, I was nearly killed back in August 2024 by Comfort Zone & Serene Cosmetics.

After seeing Serene Cosmetics adverts over instagram i decided to book to have Lipo Suction and a BBL in August 2024.
This company Serene Cosmetics is an agency in England that promotes cosmetic surgery abroad in Istanbul, the company they promote is COMFORT ZONE they use TV reality stars such as Bobby Norris from “The Only Way Is Essex “ to glamorise Cosmetic Surgery abroad.

I had my Surgery back in August 2024 and I feel only now that I am able to talk about my horrific near death experience at Comfort Zone.

When I returned home from having Lipo Suction and a BBL at COMFORT ZONE, it was 4 days later that I noticed blisters on my sides, I was in so much pain so I contacted Comfort Zone to ask if this was normal, I sent over pictures and the nurse re-assured me at COMFORT ZONE that this was normal as she had shown my surgeon. She told me to calm down when I was worried and scarred, do not believe anything they say because I know now if I’d of taken their advice I probably would not be here today.

The next day I noticed that the purple/blue coloured blister on my sides where getting worse, bigger and more aggressive, I was in that much pain that I decided to take myself to A&E in England, Whiston Hospital.
On arrival at Whiston Hospital the surgeons advised me that I had a nasty infection and they needed to take me into theatre to be operated on immediately.

I had 7 Major operations to get rid of this infection and on two out of the 7 operations my family was called into the hospital and was advised that I may die and to be prepared for the worst. I was put into a coma for 2 days and was in the intensive care unit. I am now scarred on both my sides where they had to operate on me and grafts were taken off my left leg to cover both my wounds on my left and right sides of my body, I now have a scar also on my leg where they had to take the grafts
I was in hospital for 3 months all in all, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t do anything for myself as I was that poorly.

I also know of someone who was sexually assaulted at COMFORT ZONE by one of the staff members and she was refunded her money back and was made to sign a consent form that if she was refunded that she would not speak about this incidence again, obviously she has been in touch with me after seeing me post about my near death experience with COMFORT ZONE.

Please, please, please stay away from these two company’s they take your money and don’t care about your health.
They are denying that they were the cause of what happened to me, I was fit and healthy before going over for surgery at Comfort zone. My Surgeons in England have advised me that this is the worst case they have ever seen, where the patient has survived.

If you look up Comfort Zone & Serene Cosmetics on Instagram you will see that they have both turned off public commenting, have you been wondering why ???? Well because so many patient’s would comment and share their bad experiences at Comfort Zone and Serene Cosmetics.
I have spoken to a lot of patients who have had this also happen to them, to many people have been botched and they are still advertising.
STAY AWAY OR RISK LOOSING YOUR LIFE!!

I had breast implants with an uplift, My coordinator was Megan and honestly she has been absolutely amazing!! I had sooo many questions before and after booking and nothing was ever a hassle to her she replied very quickly and always with lots of information. She really went above and beyond and always checking in before and post op also, the booking process was sooo easy and stress free all thanks to you Megan. I would highly recommend Serene Cosmetics and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you so much again for a pleasant experience.

I came from the Uk after seeing Serenes Instagram page, which is part of Cygnus, I enquired and had an agent (Megan) assigned to me.
I asked every question I could,as I was nervous having to travel abroad to Turkey, she sent me the links to the hotels, hospitals and surgeon and I went ahead!
I’m so glad I did, I arrived at an amazing hotel which was beautiful
the hospital were super helpful the next day and had my transfers from both places sorted from day one until day 7 with my coordinator who was also great and spoke great English,
I didn’t have to do a thing. They whatsapped me when my lifts were coming and what time & sorted everything - Carried my bags, messaged me back when I asked questions and fed my partner who joined me.
I had rhinoplasty with dr sinan and he was lovely & my results I'm happy with!
It was a shame to come home , we were looked after and I miss our breakfasts at the hotel they were 10/10!
I really recommend Cygnus,Serene & the hospital I visited.

From start to finish my journey with serene cosmetic was great. Communication with co ordinator was reassuring. Was made to feel at ease and I felt comfortable to ask any questions. So, after a lot of deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and contact Serene regarding a breast uplift and implant. I already had my boobs done 7 years ago but two wonderful boys sucked the life out of them!
Anyway, firstly - Megan thank you. You were a constant source of support and you out my mind at ease. I also messaged Lois who I believe owns the company and she was also so sweet and supportive.
I am a clinical negligence solicitor so naturally, I do my research and expect a high standard of care and it is honestly unmatched. The hospital is immaculately clean, staff are attentive and my recovery was rapid.
My results are just insane, better than I could ever imagine - I am absolutely OVER THE MOON. I have recommended to all family and friends.
Word of advice - TAKE SNACKS TO HOSPITAL. The food is fine but I wanted chocolate and sweets after surgery and it was a struggle! I wanted home comforts and I wish I had brought my own. Also in Turkey Netflix / ITV / Chanel 4 catch up services don’t work so download loads of series in advance (or get a VPN app which I ended up doing). You have aLOT of time sitting around so make sure you have things to watch!
Anyway, I would absolutely recommend - don’t walk, run!! Xx
