My agent I had was the best, yes Deanna was everything

My agent I had was the best, hands-down she won above and beyond need to get my insurance she helped me! She also walked me through. It explained it to the T. Great customer service skills just simply the best all the way around.

When I call I always get hung up on .

When I call I always get hung up on .. I’ve called 4 times to change my last name due to it being spelled wrong too may Ns.. yall can send more than one check so I can pay my balance but can’t even fix my insurance card

When i first got my insurance policy…

When i first got my insurance policy with this company they were asking for a lot of information and, I feel like it's to much. They finally excepted my information after I sent 4 different proofs of residency and, they still insisted on me sending more. Im glad they finally got whati sent and now I can just worry about paying my monthly payments.

One-stop Insurance at Serenity Group

Paul Skindlov Agent was great and instrumental in
changing to an optimal policy for me to continue
MC insurance at 79. He spent lots of time and
