Hi I’m Valerie, I was pretty much shopping around for insurance. This is where I made my purchase for car insurance. I was welcomed to the company by the great gentleman that I spoke with over the phone. I felt cared for as a customer at that very moment, all of my questions was answered. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. I have made a good choice by picking the right insurance company.

The man I talked to, Morgan Rosalez, was very jovial in starting me out, and said he’d be available to me for any questions. But when I called with questions about the policy, he didn’t answer and didn’t respond to my phone messages asking him to call me. So I called your main number and got fabulous service, two different phone calls, as I remember, and each time the woman who answered showed enormous patience and walked me through the process step by step!
