Love the customer service of this company. I received the proper shade for my skin tone, and they were very accommodating and immediately sent out to the proper shade to me. I would advise to choose shade a little darker than you normally would as the light colors are very light and it's not a full coverage, but it is a very lightweight and beautiful product. I would highly recommend excited to get my new shades. Fast shipping great communication. I feel safe ordering from them. Will order again.

Serentia shipped my order in a timely manner, but it is the quality of the product that impresses me. It is beautifully packaged and the product is light and still provides great moisture and protection to the skin. It is also excellent value for money compared to similar products/brands.

I ordered four boxes of the Ivory BB Cream, and upon first use, it felt very natural and hydrating. However, the color was a bit too light, and the coverage wasn't enough to completely cover my pores and blemishes. I emailed them, and they quickly addressed my concerns, with excellent results.

Absolutely fabulous product I have received so many compliments since using this foundation it hides fine lines and stays on your skin all day . There is no need for powder or setting spray it stays fresh all day

Service was great product is hideous. I got my correct shade and tried it first with the silly little brush and it covered nothing. I even tried it on my tattoo like they advertised and it was still the same no coverage. So I gave it a second go with my own makeup brush and it pilled and basically peeled off. The more you put on the less coverage you have. It's hideous don't waste your money but a decent foundation instead. If I could give it no stars I would

I ordered the wrong shade and informed serentia, not really expecting anything more but, would I like to purchase another shade. However, these lovely people offered me my preferred shade at no extra cost which is amazing and I am so grateful. I have given the compact to my friend who loves it and will be ordering more. This is certainly a reputable company. The product itself is definitely interesting, but unfortunately, I chose the wrong shade, and generally, the coverage wasn't quite enough for my preferences—I have very visible acne.

However, the customer service team was prompt, helpful, and, most importantly, exceptionally kind. They immediately offered to send me the correct shade at no extra cost. Given the issue with the texture/coverage, I opted for a partial refund, which I felt was the most ethical and sustainable choice for both of us.

Despite the product not being a perfect fit for my specific needs, I highly recommend this company based on their outstanding integrity and customer care!

Gave up fills and other injections when I turned 80. I have used cc creams with sunblock with great success, but contuing to try new ways to better my 88 year old skin. Love the way Serentia provides nourishment, protection and coverage. Best of all, it blurs wrinkles! Friends and family members comment on how well I look. Purchased more to share with daughters and granddaughters. I am hooked!

Excellent customer service! I asked for an exchange on the product I was using and received a quick reply and was assured that a new color would be shipped to me free of charge.

Not impressed at all. The fair shade is almost white and it doesn't match to the skin colour at all. Cover is minimum. After 2 hours from applying my skin is very oily. Definitely not what I expected. Disappointed 😞

5 stars custumers service. I dindt choose the right shade for me and they replace my order completly free with a new shade. And even help me to choose the right color. Serentia has a great smell and texture. I cant wait to try the new Collor and see how ir works in my face.

Kind Customer Service Overall, My cream didn't match, kim from customer support, is So Considerate, I'm being Sent 2 other colors to try so I can find my match and Hopefully will Purchase again in the Future!! I will be giving some to my coworkers, Maybe they'll like it Enough to buy it too ☺️🙏

At first I was skeptical because shipping took a couple weeks, the tracking number that came with my order didn't work and I was reading all kinds of "potential scam site" reviews. However my BOGO order finally came and while the color match wasn't 100% perfect initially, the cream itself is very nice! No, it doesn't give me a filtered look like some of the videos show, but I'm also older and have some skin issues.
I will say this product feels so much better on my skin than any foundation I have ever used and my face looks brighter and feels good while wearing and even after taking it off. I've even slept in it (accidentally) and while I tend to break out super easy, I don't with this product which is both weird for me and amazing! I will actually order again, but it would be great if they sold on Amazon as I like to be able to track my orders and possibly pay for faster shipping next time :)

It didn’t work out for me, the color & texture didn’t work and while they were wanting to exchange, I wanted a refund & they did provide one.

The Serentia Team were very helpful, efficient with answering my questions, and above all… courteous. They wanted to work with me to quickly and easily solve my inquiry. I love the foundation and am so happy to have found this product after spending lots of money and time researching other products that didn’t work well with my skin!

I love this product as it really blends with my natutlral skins like a yonger transparent skin. The customer support was very friendly and easy to talk via email, and supported me well with shipping correct shades to test out for free.

I was sceptical about this purchase but I am really pleased with the product. It is quite amazing how it goes on and lasts all day. It’s very lightweight and is much better than foundation for my skin.
I would definitely recommend it for 50 plus skin.

This is a SCAM. Do not buy this product.

I received my order within 2 wks which was good. The product itself did not provide enough coverage to hide my freckles no matter how much I applied and I’m not going for the caked on look. It’s dissappointing.
