The product doesn’t provide any where near the coverage that is advertised. It also gives me spots.
I got in touch about a refund - they offered a different shade which of course does not address my concerns. Following this, no reply.
Don’t bother with it.

I absolutely love this product! It makes my skin look so healthy and moisturized. At 52, this is amazing on aging skin. You will glow from within, with medium coverage that is buildable. I mix the medium and the light together to get my perfect combo. You can’t beat the price or the customer service. They have THE BEST customer service! Shipping issues happen but they made everything right. 10/10 recommend.

this company is amazing. i accidentaly bought the wrong shade and they sent a replacement, a shade that will suit my skin tone WITHOUT paying and without returning the wrong shade. i will surely buy again and i deeply appreciate their service.

The customer service is second to none. It was a shame as I didn’t reduce Withey I ordered, however within 3 email exchanges I received a new order with the correct shades. Just awaiting delivery now but cannot fault the customer service department.

I am going through some trauma at the moment with a sick husband. I have always worn makeup and taken care of myself. But lately this has been very difficult. Makeup has always made me feel good. I contacted Serentia to see if they could help out with undereye bag treatment. I know sleep will help, but again, it's hard. I spoke to a lovely lady called Kim. I really felt Kim wanted to help me, and that made me feel so good. So, it's really nice to have someone understand that there are times when you need a helping hand. Kim made me feel good and so very professional in everything she is doing for me. I am so grateful

Due to had vitiligo skin problems and really difficult to get the right colour to cover the pigmentation and I have bought 2 different colours unfortunately still didn't match then I seeking for help with Serentia. Theirs services are absolutely amazing and no question at all to my requested for a replacement colour to suit my skin tone. So the kit is on the way now. 5 star service. Thank you

The company is great - Excellent customer service. I liked the product. It is easy to apply. I took 2 shades to make it match my skin (Indian Skin tone) and they were super helpful.

This company is a SCAM. Hands down the worst experience with any company I've ever had! The makeup is absolute trash- cheap, low quality, and looks nothing like what's shown online. False advertising! Good luck ever getting a refund; their customer service is completely useless and unable to resolve any issues. They rely on influencers to hype up their products with misleading videos that don't reflect reality at all. Avoid this scam and save your money.

The best customer service!!! I received my product which works great however was a shade too light. They replaced my order with the correct shade at no additional cost! Will definitely be shopping here again 😊

I got the wrong shade otherwise the product is really good. I applied it on my back of my hand for whole day to see its long lasting effect and it does stay for whole day even I got it wet multiple times. I reached out to customer services and they heard my concern and act on it quickly. The look after this cream is very healthy and I am waiting to apply my right shade on my face. Great product for very reasonable price. I like the way the cream is protected with plastic wrap with holes so it stays covered. It comes with amazing applicator which works perfect to blend it on skin. Overall I love this product. I am waiting for my shade to be delivered. I got wrong shade and I can tell the quality is great.

I found it lovely to apply and it definitely does not irritate my skin. I've not once had any flare ups on my skin since using it. The only reason it's not getting a 5 star is because it doesn't stay on all day and doesn't cover red patches completely. Other than that I'll definitely keep using it and I have just ordered for my daughter who is starting to break out in pimples and I know this won't aggravate her skin further.

I received the shade that I ordered but the shade is much lighter for my actual skin. Kim @ Serentia was very helpful and organised another shade to be sent to me at no cost! Such a lovely gesture for their customer to try their products. Highly recommended.

This is the most horrible foundation product I've ever bought . This being the first time I have been refused time after time to getting a refund. The product and its videos are lies. All successful makeup companies have a full refund policy. Regret! Keep your money.

This so called US based company ships their products from mainland China.
Mine arrived with a huge delay. Serentia failed to provide the carrier with my phone number (which I wrote during checkout) and the package was blocked for days.
I finally got it today: the package is broken. There’s only one product inside. And it is broken. I almost cut myself opening it. I asked for a refund. I certainly hope I get it. I attached pictures of the broken product. It is by far the worst drop shipping experience I had in years.

Another skin product scam! The product shipped from China — absolutely horrible company and experience.

It provides almost no coverage — blemishes, age spots, and other imperfections remain fully visible. It left a white film on my face that gave a shine but also a greasy appearance, making my skin look worse.

Social media videos claiming it can cover tattoos, lipstick, or marker lines are AI-generated and not real life — completely misleading.

The product packaging also arrived damaged, and the mushroom applicator provided was flimsy and impractical to use.

Additionally, the product description is misleading: the website claims it contains only natural ingredients, while the packaging lists different components, including aluminium and several potentially harmful chemicals. The return policy also appears misleading, as it states that unsatisfied customers can return the product, yet this does not seem to be honoured.
Also they said that, I am not entitled to return the product.

Love the shade warm honey. Blends perfectly well with my skin tone. I had initially ordered wrong shade, team was very kind allowing me to select the new shade .
Worth it.
