I accidentally purchased the wrong shade for my skin tone, but when I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond by offering to replace the product with the correct shade free of charge!
The product itself is amazing — it made my face feel smooth and gave it a beautiful, lasting glow all day. It’s super easy to apply with no mess at all. I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for quality and great service. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

I found it lovely to apply and it definitely does not irritate my skin. I've not once had any flare ups on my skin since using it. The only reason it's not getting a 5 star is because it doesn't stay on all day and doesn't cover red patches completely. Other than that I'll definitely keep using it and I have just ordered for my daughter who is starting to break out in pimples and I know this won't aggravate her skin further.

I received the shade that I ordered but the shade is much lighter for my actual skin. Kim @ Serentia was very helpful and organised another shade to be sent to me at no cost! Such a lovely gesture for their customer to try their products. Highly recommended.

This is the most horrible foundation product I've ever bought . This being the first time I have been refused time after time to getting a refund. The product and its videos are lies. All successful makeup companies have a full refund policy. Regret! Keep your money.

This so called US based company ships their products from mainland China.
Mine arrived with a huge delay. Serentia failed to provide the carrier with my phone number (which I wrote during checkout) and the package was blocked for days.
I finally got it today: the package is broken. There’s only one product inside. And it is broken. I almost cut myself opening it. I asked for a refund. I certainly hope I get it. I attached pictures of the broken product. It is by far the worst drop shipping experience I had in years.

Another skin product scam! The product shipped from China — absolutely horrible company and experience.

It provides almost no coverage — blemishes, age spots, and other imperfections remain fully visible. It left a white film on my face that gave a shine but also a greasy appearance, making my skin look worse.

Social media videos claiming it can cover tattoos, lipstick, or marker lines are AI-generated and not real life — completely misleading.

The product packaging also arrived damaged, and the mushroom applicator provided was flimsy and impractical to use.

Additionally, the product description is misleading: the website claims it contains only natural ingredients, while the packaging lists different components, including aluminium and several potentially harmful chemicals. The return policy also appears misleading, as it states that unsatisfied customers can return the product, yet this does not seem to be honoured.
Also they said that, I am not entitled to return the product.

Love the shade warm honey. Blends perfectly well with my skin tone. I had initially ordered wrong shade, team was very kind allowing me to select the new shade .

The customer service is top notch. My neighbor took up my package for safety and I thought it was delivered. I reached out to the company and let me tell u, Kim responded and let me felt heard and valued. I was really happy with the response I got. I got the product from my neighbor and I love it. It blends with my skin tone so well.

Serentia customer service is fantastic . Ordered the wrong shade and they replaced with correct one hassle free and I can keep the wrong one to share with family . Regarding product itself loved the wee dapping brush and how creamy the foundation is left my face feeling smooth . Can’t wait for correct shade to arrive 5*

Very happy with this product, great customer support helping also when the shade is not the right one.

I have rosacea, and finding the right foundation has always been a real struggle for me. The ones formulated specifically for rosacea are usually too heavy and greasy, and their shades never match my skin tone – which makes them very noticeable. On the other hand, regular makeup foundations from different brands tend to make my skin more reactive and irritated.

When I bought Serentia for the first time, I honestly had no expectations. After trying dozens of expensive products without any satisfying results, I thought, “let’s just give another one a chance.”

But then – surprise! I’ve been using this foundation every single day for two months, and I can confidently say it has caused absolutely no irritation. Even better, the shade blends perfectly with my skin tone. It feels almost unbelievable, but I’m finally happy with how my skin looks and feels.

I honestly don't know how they have such high reviews. The company is not a US company as the address on the website stated. The customer service is not a valid one. The product shipped from China. It claims to have non toxic ingredients, yet on the ingredients list, there are several ingredients that doesn't even have names... just 2 letters and a serious of numbers. It does not so what it claims... did not cover and the color did not blend to my complexion even though I did get the right color for my complexion. It made my face with a white film that gave a shine but a greasy look. I'm attempting to return the products but in the website, it says only unopened products... how the hell will I know that this product is shit without me opening it and trying it on??? Don't be duped like I did....I'm still trying to figure out how they have good reviews on their product.

I initially ordered the cream elixir foundation in ivory basing my shade on the model on the website having a similar skin tone. Once the foundation arrived, however, it was like using makeup meant for a Geisha. It was so white my skin looked dead. I was disappointed because I loved the coverage and feel of the product so i reached out to the company for assistance. They immediately offered to replace my products for free and even had me send in a pic to make sure they were sending the proper shade. I ended up accepting buff beige and warm honey, which I think will work much better. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend.

Fantastic very helpful and quick to respond customer service. Kim is great. I purchased an Ivory and a Buff Beige. I went a shade lighter because I read reviews said to go lighter but this was not my experience. The Ivory was far too light. I messaged Kim and mentioned this and she is sending me another Buff Beige for free!
The cream itself is lovely. Highly recommend if you're a fan off BB creams and if you don't have a lot of time for your makeup routine. Its not an intense coverage but it's good for daily wear and it doesn't come off like most products. Easy quick application. Would definitely recommend. I was hesitant and I'm glad I took the risk. Will be buying these again.

I think this is a scam fake. I ordered through Youtube advertising but my skin reacted after I used it so I contacted their email. I got no answer for 3 days so I called their number but my phone said "Verison can't complete that number" which means they don't have any number. Also they pretend it's a Korean make up but it's all made in China and it's $1-$2 on Alibaba now. It's a scam
