I purchased Serentia’s CC Elixir + Cream after seeing their advertising claims of full coverage for uneven skin tone and pigmentation. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations — even after trying different shades and following their application instructions carefully, it did not provide the coverage shown in their ads.

Customer service was polite and did send me a replacement shade, but when that also failed, they refused a full refund because my order was part of their "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" offer. In the end, they only offered a 50% partial refund, which I accepted to move on.

The product packaging also arrived damaged, and the mushroom applicator provided was flimsy and not practical to use.

Overall, I found the product to be disappointing, and while customer service was responsive, I feel the refund policy is unfair and not truly customer-friendly. I hope Serentia improves both their product quality and their policies.

I like the fact that it's light, doesn't stick to clothes, it rejuvenates and makes your face glow,its the best foundation ever! I like it!

It's a waist of money it doesn't do anything advertised at all. I ended up trying to put loads on because it wasnt do anything it just soaks into the skin. No coverage, its not waterproof, its like putting pound shop moisturiser on very disappointed in this product complete waist of money, it just makes my skin look worse and brings my spots out, it does smell nice but this is a complete scam.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong shades. Customer service was excellent and is sending 2 new ones for me to try! They are fantastic!!

I had an issue with the colour matching. I contacted them and they responded right away with suggestions. When I responded that the suggestions didn’t work for me, I was offered at no cost another colour to try. I am impressed that I received such a prompt and thoughtful response. Thank you!

Foundation does exactly as described. It goes on smooth and feels very light on the face, no heavy feeling.

I never received the product, the tracking number they gave me didn’t pull up anything and I was told it was at a local post office but didn’t tell me which one (there a quite a few around me). It’s been a month since my order and still nothing. This is a scam.

It was a useless product, nothing like they advertised. When I asked for a refund, as they say they give, I got the runaround....offering me 50% of my money back.
It's one of these scam sites. Save yourself the effort and frustration of dealing with these thieves.

Everyone I've spoken to via e.mail has been so kind, pleasant, helpful, in fact fantastic. I ordered the wrong colour and within 2hrs of e.mailing the new colour was on its way. Cannot fault in anyway.

As others stated already there is literally NO coverage at all with this product. It's so sheer that all the age spots and blemishes are very much visible. The videos on social media where they seem to cover even tattoos with it are totally a SCAM.
Truly a waste of money!

This serum foundation is amazing. I do still need some powder over it, like I can't just swipe it on and be done like some of the people in the ads BUT it doesn't settle into my wrinkles (and I have a bunch), it doesn't look cakey, it feels light and comfortable, and it doesn't transfer. I am a product junkie so I've probably got 7 different foundations and this is the only one I'd actually recommend.
It does run light so I'd say if you feel like you're in between shades go for the darker one, but their customer service is also great and they do make the exchange process very easy. Replacements don't cost the customer anything so no risk to try it really.
TL;DR- take the chance and try it, you won't regret it

This is a lovely product. Gives layers of smooth coverage. Very pleasant smell of rose. Matches my tanned face so as weather cools have sent for a lighter tone.
Really good value for money.

I ordered the ivory color, which turned out to be too light, left a message at the company and got a quick response. They offered to send out my next color at no charge, and I didn’t have to send my product back. Was told to past the first jars to my friends and family to see if they would like the product and my new order was being shipped out. At this time I would highly recommend this product.

I ordered the ivory colour in error because I didn’t know then there were other shades of the cream😎 , however, I have tried and it smells really nice 👌. I since contacted the the company and asked for an advice. The team promptly replied with offering the correct shade free of charge !!😀 i was absolutely impressed 🥰 . Waiting for it to be delivered . I highly recommend this company ♥️♥️♥️ . The team were pleasant, dedicated,friendly , understanding and helpful 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I was sceptical about this make up as it was an an advert on social media but I thought I would give it a try. I have mature skin and I couldn’t believe how amazing the foundation looks, I definitely look younger as it covers what you want it to cover but doesn’t cake onto your face. I’ll definitely buy again!

I ordered a shade that is a little too light. I reached out and Serentia is sending me a new shade. The cream is very soft, light and moisturizing. I can’t wait to get the next shade to try.
