The ordering was simple. I ordered two rings. I needed to return one as it didn't quite fit (not their fault). The return and delivery of the new ring was pain and stress free.

Lovely jewellery

I ordered a ring from Serge DeNimes, but it was never delivered. Royal Mail confirmed they have no proof of delivery to any address, meaning the parcel was lost in transit. My building management and concierge also confirmed that no package under my name was received.

Despite this, Serge DeNimes refuses to issue a refund, claiming the address was incomplete. While I didn’t include a flat number, my building has a concierge who collects all the building parcels and ensures they reach the correct recipient. If the package had actually been delivered, they would have been able to identify the intended recipient—but it never arrived. The company has provided no proof of where the package was supposedly delivered.

Worse, they ignored multiple emails and only responded here after I left a public review. It’s clear that once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be ghosted. I would not recommend buying from them.

I can hand on heart say this is the first negative review I’ve ever posted. I purchased a ring from SD about 7 years ago and have been spammed with emails and marketing ever since. I would estimate 4 emails per week.
I have clicked unsubscribe countless times.
I have emailed customer services repeatedly to unsubscribe me and delete my contact details from the database.
Still I get spam emails almost every day.

At what point can I file harassment charges? MAKE IT STOP! 🛑

The ring I ordered, although lovely, was too large. I have returned it and requested a smaller size (S). I have still not received the replacement ring and I have not been refunded. This was a birthday present for my son. I have contacted customer services about this with no reply. Please can this be sent immediately. I look forward to hearing from you

Placed my order almost two weeks ago and still haven't received it, have sent multiple emails to customer service and had absolutely nothing back, terrible customer service will be asking for a refund never shopping here again.

The necklace is now dull in apprearance without wearing it.

I bought two rings returned one ring because it didn't fit and I sent the ring back to there warehouse and they did not refund my $73.50 i file a dispute and i lost the case even though i showed proof of sending the package back to them through usps

They said i have to cancel the chargeback and wait 15-20 business days for me to get my money back from February 26, 2025 and they lied I never got my money back don’t spend your hard earned money here
