Sunny is a great leader, full of energy and joy and enthusiasm.
There is absolutely no doubt, that however you may be feeling, if you learn how to do sustained laughter, and revert back to the innocence, openness and the playfulness of your inner child, you find the joy that lies at the heart of your very being. The laughter session with Sunny left me feeling hugely joyful and riding on the wave of a great buzz all the way home. I was so joyful and happy that I didn’t think I would sleep, but I slept like a baby and woke up feeling alive and happy. The effects of laughter yoga are out of this world and Sunny is a wonderful ambassador for it.

I felt physically relaxed, after this light (hearted) workout. Sunny's smile is so infectious! Lots to learn here, about coping joyfully with everyday life. One of my favourite things was the comradery among participants. Every new section was a delightful surprise. Think farm animals falling asleep after driving over speed humps. I recommend Sunny's energy and confidence, to keep you calm and very joyful. Yaaaay!
