No phone number to contact.
Parcel's sender address seems to be a weekly apartment or something. Yet, they complained when I posted the address online.

Regarding the T-shirts:
Blurred graphic design and heather gray cotton texture are inkjet-printed all together on white acrylic T-shirt. It is a shame the design was so cool.
Embroidered patches have nothing to do with the design of your order.
Front and back print never happened although I paid for it.

Placed my order middle of December got a message about 3 weeks ago saying it’s been shipped and still haven't received anything. Have sent 4 messages but all have been ignored. Avoid at all costs 😡

I did not get this order and it’s took this long for a reply ???

I placed an order on 12 December 2017 and have still not received the t-shirt despite my card being debited and an e-mail to say it was dispatched on 14 December 2017. Also the tracking number Seri Shirts provided does not show any information.

I have e-mailed Seri Shirts and got a bounce back have since sent a reply to the online form and not had a reply as yet.....

The t-shirt has finally arrived but it is white not grey like I ordered, still disappointed and would not recommend to anyone

I placed an order on 09-04-20017, and as of today, 12-28-2017, I have still not received my order. My account has been charged, and according to the ONE reply I received from my numerous inquiries, they say it was shipped in mid-October; however, they have no re-shipped the order, nor have they credited my account. I have repeatedly sent messages to them, and other than the first one, I've not received a response. I will NEVER make a purchase from Serishirts again. And I will make sure to search for every possible site on which I can leave a negative review.

When my order eventually arrived (#UZVFNGOMD took 5 weeks, shipped from Thailand) it was the wrong colour, and despite providing comparison pictures to Serishirts showing the fact they have failed to answer any of my Customer Service messages.
Don't make the same mistake as I did, avoid this company at all costs!

They are not answering any of my support emails. I am getting emails back telling me that my emails arent going through to their server. I ordered 1.5 months ago and the tracking numbers they provided me are still not registered. Doubt this package will arrive. Waste of $250 for Christmas presents that I wont even get to give out!

Good supplier service ok

Very poor service. I live in USA. I ordered a T-shirt and its been a month since then and I still did not receive the T-shirt.

Tried to contact the support, they replied to my concern before I purchased the T-shirt. And after I purchased I wanted to follow up on the status of shipment. They dont reply.

Worst.
