I ordered a t-shirt on October 5th. Not received it. Sent numerous emails. No reply. Sent a complaint email. No response. Asked for a full refund. No response

SERISHIRTS HAVE ME AS THERE LATEST RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER!

If I could give no stars I would. I can't believe I didn't check reviews before I ordered from them which I would always normally do when using a new company but I was in a rush. Never ever again - all these reviews are true. I ordered my T shirt on August 6th - still nothing. Won't refund me and won't give me a date when it will arrive and now no replies to my emails - and I've only sent 3 in all this time so hardly hassling them. DO NOT use this company. Edit: now in January and still no t shirt. I have messaged them a few times and no response at all and no refund. Don't go near this company.

I´ve been waitin for 3 months. I ordered 5 T-Shirts.
It´s sad but true.

Cierto es que no fueron 40 días, si no 92 días y es cierto que es su atención a cliente, no contestan.

Well, I have to rectify. Yesterday the shirts arrived home!!! yeah!

Truly, it were not 40 days, were 92 days and it is true that customer service, they do not answer.

But yesterday, by surprise!!!, they arrived and are of very good quality

DO NOT USE!
Waited 60 days for a very, very poor quality t-shirt. Before they stopped replying to email they provided details of a French shipping company that did not recognise the delivery number. When it did finally arrive it had been sent from Thailand. Life isn't long enough to send it back

Placed an order on 19/06/18 for a gift and still not received. Emailed on 5 different occasions with little to no response. Very upset that money has been taken from account yet i have received no t shirt.

Abysmal, despite numerous attempts at contacting them re an order made on 9/7/18 I have received no substantive reply and no t shirt.Avoid this company like the plague. £20 plus lost. they give you a tracking site but no tracking number. They are simply and unprintably awful! It is difficult to express my contempt for a company that treats its customers in such a shoddy manner and cares less than one iota about its clients. Do NOT , I repeat, DO NOT use this company. The reason it is difficult to express my scorn and disdain is because I have had to modify the review as they would not allow the language (NO expletives, just colourful descriptors) I used alleging that they were less than upright as an organisation and were inclined, on the evidence before me to take money upfront and fail to deliver. I stand by that! They do not want you to know what an awful bunch of unprofessional economists with the acualtité they really are. Hope this gets the message across!

Hopeless, apparently takes 40 days to deliver a shirt, I guess they ask someone to walk it to your house! Customer service is a waste of time as well, always same automated response. Will try to cancel order with my credit card.

Ordered 2 months ago. Nothing arrived.

I've placed an order on 2018-03-06 (5 months ago) and I still haven't recieve anything.

Lesson learned I guess.

I placed the order in June 3 and not reeived yet my shirt.
No reply the ignore you at all.

I’m giving 2 stars only because I did eventually receive my order (53 days).
This is far too long!
Really poor service.

It's been two months and my product never arrived, clearly just after your money.
Then they had the cheek to report my review to trust pilot, twice!

Serishirts is one of the worst companies I had to deal with. I paid your printed t-shirts on their website like a traditional e-commerce website. I received a t-shirt that I cannot wear because the print has not been done properly at all (it is supposed to be their expertise). Since then, I contacted the customer service that ignores me (they never replied in the last few months) and don't want to refund me or send me a new t-shirt. However, the irony of the situation is that they quickly contacted Trustpilot when they were not happy with my review. I have a word in mind that I cannot use on Trustpilot to describe them but I am sure you can all find out what it is.

DO NOT BUY! they never send! they cheat all the time and never answer emails. I bought in 20th Febreary and never arrives. I’ve adviced the police.

DO NOT BUY from serishirts. com. Your card will be debited but you will NEVER receive the goods.
Ordered on 16.05.18, and still not received as of today (30.06.18). Even if shipping from Thailand, it shouldn't take that long.No contact from serishirts and there is no way to sue them.
NEVER buy from that site.

Ordered 1 T-shirt on April 22.
I emailed twice for follow-up and only received a tracking number.
The package was received on May 29.

They deliver with normal post from Thailand. This is the reason of delay.

Not good/ not bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . .con artists . . You pay them and they take the money and all you get is less money in your account . . I will be contacting trading standards I urge you guys to do the same!

I ordered 1 t-shirt through Serishirts on Feb 26 and it still has yet to arrive. They emailed me Feb 28 saying it had been shipped (money not taken from account tho til Mar 3??- no weekends in between) They did say it may take up to 31 days (WHY??) but it's been longer than that now, the money has been taken from my account, there's been no reply from them after several attempts and I still have no shirt. Never ordering from them again. Lesson learned? Always read reviews of unfamiliar companies and then probably avoid!
EDIT: They reported my review, I showed proof of purchase to trustpilot, got my money refunded through the bank and got my review reinstated. What a horrible little "company" serishirts shouldn't be....
