Ordered a t shirt 2 months ago. After paying for my order, They said it would take at least 40 days. If I knew I would have to wait this long for a shirt I wouldn’t of bothered. Is the company delivering it by foot???. But I would advise anyone who may consider purchasing any product from this company not to bother. They don’t care you or service about they just want your money.

Had to give 1 star as unable to progress without it, the reality is this organisation should have no stars. AVOID, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EITHER IGNORE YOU OR FOB YOU OFF WITH LAME EXCUSES, THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY OR SEND ANY PRODUCT. Hope this is clear, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Similar story from me....I ordered a T-Shirt in October 2018, it took 6 months to arrive and then I had to pay £11 customs charge to collect it. The company responsed to only one of my numerous emails and to cap it all the T-shirt was terrible quality. I could go on and on but I’ll just simply say:
This company is an absolute disgrace. AVOID! DO NOT USE!

I ordered a T-shirt 2 and a half months ago. Still no T-shirt, still no contact when I’ve emailed them and still no refund. Absolute joke!

I have ordered a t-shirt in december, and it never arrived... no t-shirt, no money back, although I have sent several mails, asking where the t-shirt is

I ordered two T-shirt’s in Oct for Xmas. Like everyone else was told 40 days and then got no responses to my chasers. Then yesterday got a card from the post office saying they had a parcel and I had to pay import tax of £11. So almost 5 months to the date of order I got my goods. Shocking!!!!

As my previous review was removed i will again rate this as shocking. Never received items i paid for and had to complain to my credit card company to perform a chargeback. 0 customer service and never reply to emails or messages on their site

I’m the same as all the other bad reviews. I bought a t-shirt in November for a Christmas present. Never received it. Contacted them and was told 40 days. It’s now 3 months...no t-shirt, no refund, no contact!! I’ve emailed 4 times and got nothing back. Dreadful company, dreadful customer service!! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company!

Same story as the rest. Bought T shirt. Waited 3 months now. No response to any messages. How can these companies operate? Can they not be shut down somehow?!

They took my money, and I recieved nothing. Despite several attempts at getting in touch they won't even respond. AVOID!!

Purchased t shirt for Xmas prezzie, in November. Chased up b4 Christmas, to be told delivery will be 40 days (this was not obvious at time of purchase). Anyway, more than 40 days now passed. Still no shirt. They are now ignoring messages. Have requested a refund. Guess what?? No reply!!!

This company is just a con. They claim the delivery will be 40 days - then nothing arrives - then they ignore your messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - it's as good as chucking your money away,

I ordered a T-Shirt from this company on October 6th, 2018. I have not received it after several email attempts. They keep telling me 40 days to ship and it has been over 60. I have asked for a refund and NOTHING. I will never order from them again. Does anyone know how to contact them besides email?

Ordered tshirt on 8th September 2018, emailed told had been shipped but could take up to 40 days....27th December 2018...No tshirt but they have had my money in their account since September...Not on!!!

84 days. No t shirt, No email reply, No refund, not sure if this company really sends t shirts out or just takes your money, I would suggest to NOT buy from this company

These reviews are no lie this company are unbearable to deal with. They should be closed down but are avoiding legal control by selling internationally. Please save yourself the trouble and don't use them.

Avoid this company! The T-shirt took 8 weeks to arrive and it was damaged. I emailed Serishirts approximately 8 times and received no reply. Rip off merchants.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!

AWFUL.
Bought a t shirt on 2nd October and have yet to receive it. SHI T T Y response when chasing it. Not hopeful.
