Looting money for no service

Cheating people by exploiting their dreams. They won't contact directly with any employers or arrange any interviews. Only applying in online portals that anyone could do. For that they are charging huge amount. As per the agreement "Sernexuss will pay a refund if failed to provide you job assistance" but they won't. Don't give your hard-earned money to this cheaters.

My Experience with Sernexes Immigration Don’t Make the Same Mistake

My name is Firdosh Alam, I work in the hospitality industry. On 18/11/2024, I applied for Luxembourg through Sernexes Immigration Consultancy. They started job postings initially, but now it’s almost one year and I haven’t received even a single interview.

At the time of signing up, they never mentioned anything about the agreement expiry date or that interviews depend entirely on the employer’s side. These conditions were not explained before I paid the fees. Every time I followed up, they simply said “we are working on your profile” — but no real progress happened.

Recently, when I asked why job postings had stopped, they told me my agreement had expired and that no refund is available. This is despite them failing to arrange a single interview in the entire period.

I applied because a friend referred me, and I trusted them blindly. Sadly, this trust has cost me ₹80,000, which is not even my own money — it’s my father’s hard-earned savings. As someone from a middle-class family, I know the value of this amount.

I genuinely feel that Sernexes is engaging in legal fraud — once you sign up, they hide behind terms and conditions to avoid accountability. My advice to anyone considering them: Please do thorough research before applying. Don’t repeat my mistake and waste your money.
