Took a bit of a risk buying from a…
Took a bit of a risk buying from a relatively new vendor but SerpentKeys were brilliant. They dispatched the order quickly, packaged everything well, and sent me the correct and genuine components. Also, the prices were competitive, shipping was free, and they even threw in a small gift. Would happily recommend and buy from them again. The only criticism is that they don't seem to stock a wide range of products which is normal for a small company but hope they expand in the future.

Great choice.....
Lots of choice of key cap colour combinations, quick and easy to purchase online. Only £2.99 delivery via Royal Mail which is so much more reliable than some couriers companies and came within a couple of days. Key caps were nicely packaged all laid out neatly in a sealed box which was wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. I can’t comment on the quality of the caps as I bought them for a Christmas gift so not yet used, however they do look very nice. Definitely recommend Serpent keys based on my experience so far.

Great price and fast delivery
I ordered some Tangerine switches, it was the cheapest I’ve seen them in the UK. I ordered them Sunday and they arrived Tuesday morning very well packaged and with a free keycap puller inside. It’s great to see more UK vendors.
