The website selection is limited and I find that certain stores are selling a Sara brand that isn’t even sold on the sara.com website. Interestingly enough I was able to get to mattresses. I scheduled a delivery with an AI bought, which was a cool experience. The delivery team arrived within the delivery window and were courteous and so helpful to get my mattresses to where I wanted them to be a lot of companies charge you extra to take the mattresses into your home and my delivery crew was able to get it done quickly as directed. The mattresses themselves they are very big and sturdy and I feel like they will last a long time I just wish mattress brands would stop selling mattresses with a white or light colored mattress topper it’s not practical for household’s and it shows stage easier so that’s why I’m knocking off a star. I have had amazing sleep with my mattress and enjoy sleep the past few months!

Replacement mattress provided for my 10 year mattress that was defective. Process was very fast and I have no complaints.

Under the warranty if there was more than 3'4" sag in the mattresses Serta could deem that they be replaced within a 10 year period. I sent pics to you and you agreed to replace the mattresses(2TwinXL) which were for a motorized bed frame. The mattresses that was delivered are about 13 " thick whereas the ones that I had were about 7". I hope that they will work well on my motorized frame. Serta did the replacement in a timely fashion.

Quality mattress.

I love the mattress — very comfortable and supportive. I think your mattress-in-a-box concept needs work. Mine arrived with the bottom broken out and the hand-hold cutouts on both sides torn to the point of being useless. The mattress was undamaged, but the condition of the box made maneuvering it out of the box, into the house and to the final location challenging. I do not blame the shipping company for this. The box was entirely too flimsy. Suggest you improve the packaging!

Timely service and great bed! It’s soooo comfortable. I used to sleep on a very firm bed and I’m a side sleeper. This bed helps me sleep better

I do not like plastic mattress covers. It makes the sheet slide all over the picture makes it look like it’s a fluffy mattress cover.

I have always loved a firm mattress but now that I'm older and lost over 70lbs firm doesn't seem to help like it use to.

The Serta team was exceptional.
However, the RXO delivery was not. It took them over 1 month to deliver after it was in their possession. They would only deliver on their terms and times. They could not even schedule an AM or PM delivery. I had to be available ALL DAY for them to deliver. Nor would they leave it under our covered porch.
RXO made the experience frustrating.

Never got the mattress! You got my money.. so why?

Great mattress

I was sent a 60% cash back offer from Capital One. After making the purchase using their link and doing everything I was supposed to on my end, they are stating the order cannot be tracked so I will not be receiving my cash back. Not sure what kind of scheme this is from Capital One and Serta. I was planning on purchasing additional mattresses having received more offers but I do not trust it and will not be making those purchases.

Great customer service

My wife and I hadn’t bought a new bed in a while. We decided to go with Serta because of the money back guarantee. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the offer. All I can say is, you’re never getting this bed back Serta. This is the best bed we’ve ever owned! Thank you.
