Customer service is exceptional, the server that you can host can be
on different locations and overall I think its the best server hoster for minecraft.

I've used Server Pro for around 3 years now for minecraft servers with my friends. The server has ran fine, occasionally a little stuttering but never anything severe (and usually the stuttering is because my friends and I are doing lag-heavy work within the server or are all exploring new chunks simultaneously). I believe we've had the server crash once (and it was the mods fault, not server pros), and I've only ever seen their servers be down once, though they were quickly (within a few hours) back up.
What I really want to talk about is their customer support: they are excellent. They've been really quick to respond when I have issues and have walked me through solutions before. They also have a youtube channel with tutorials for creating custom server packs and such: they make what is intimidating into a really approachable process.
Overall, a good experience with excellent support.

how fast the team responded and how nice and reliable and not laggy at all for free it was amazing keep up the work i would recomend server.pro because it is THE BEST server maker i have used to make a server

this unit provides both minecraft and terraria servers, and i'm even satisfied with the free version!
not to mention the support team, they repond very quickly, less than a minute!
it's fast, solid and easy.

They offer great service and support, when I had a problem with their service they answered almost instantly and fixed it.

I was confused if I had to pay the full price for upgrading my server to the highest level premium from the 5buks premium so I decided to contact the support and I must say that I did not expect the supports to be as quick to respond as they are they where extremely helpful and easy to understand i would totally recommend contacting the supports if you have issues cus they are extremely quick to respond so you don't need to worry about waiting a day for respond on your problems

The support of server.pro is by far the best i have seen in any other platform. And the server prices are excelent. Nothing object.

Had an issue with error messages and the server turning itself off. When I contacted support I received a response the same day and additional correspondence was quick and to the point, ending with the issue fixed. All around great game server hosting and big plus that they will hold onto your server data for up to a year of inactivity.

I was having issues with installing a modpack onto the server. Despite being a system and application engineer and having knowledge on how to work on servers, I had a hard time, but up until I decided to contact Server.pro support. Since I sent the first email to when they replied, 5 minutes passed, ever since, they were really dedicated on helping me on my issue. It took us two days but at the end server is up and running and I got to learn a lot of new things that I'll be definitely using on a day to day basis. Thank you so much for being responsive, for caring and overall, for your amazing willingness to have this sorted out.

The customer service is fantastic. I reached out to cancel a subscription and without hesitation, they stopped within hours of my request. Great to do business with!

Server.pro support is great, they respond within couple minutes, the servers are great as well as the price for them. excellent choice for gaming servers.

Low prices for great servers! And the customer service is also very good and fast! Certainly recommended for everyone willing to buy a Minecraft server! Everything you don’t understand you can find on youtube and google. Server.pro and many others made a lot of tutorial’s and they are very good understandable! Maybe the only thing they could change is the tutorials, because they are a few years old, and back then Server.pro looked different then the today’s Server.pro. But besides that, everything is great! Keep up the good work Server.pro!
