Best In Class Server Host
I have used Server.Pro on and off for the last couple of years, and they never disappoint - they are the only server company that I keep coming back to! Great Support
The Server was easy to buy and setting it up. It had a lot of tools and freedom on how you want to make your Server. Sadly we had the issue that the Server was lagging because of datapacks but the Support was super helpful and responded really fast.

It's just a scam.
It's just a scam.
Paid for a server, It worked great 100% lag free for a day.
Logged in the next day, The server was down and after speaking to support I was told that the server could not saved, we would need to start completely from scratch and when I asked about a refund I was told that 72 hours had passed so too much time had passed.

World is just...gone!?
So, my friend and I had a server but it got deleted. So yeah, turns out that after one month your server gets deleted, did we know that? No. Why? Because it's only mentioned in 'General questions'. Who's fault is it? Ours partially, but also their's. The fact that they didn't even mention it as a warning disgusts me. We are really sad it's gone, it was such an amazing world. Oh and our server IP changed so I don't know why they changed it and made an new world but didn't delete the new world. For the rest the hosting is not bad, kinda lag free but you should probably upgrade.

I'm deeply sorry to hear about your server that got deleted. I would like to explain why we have this automatic system that deleted inactive servers.
Whenever your server expires and becomes inactive our system only keeps files for 30 days (12 months for paid plans). You can of course 'resume' the server to reset that timer and get extra time. We sent you notification emails to explain that this happens and to urge you to 'resume' your server if you'd like to keep your files.
As for the IP and Port change - on activation our system picks a new node with a new IP and Port, just like many other hosting companies. This is why your IP and Port change - to stop this from happening, please do not let your server expire and become inactive.
We do our best to notify customers through our site as you saw and also email notifications but we do not want to spam our customers. I hope this explains it well enough. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience.
