Very reliable cheap servers. Good customer service. I was able to get a refund when I hadn't used my server in moths, which was unexpected and prompted me to leave a review.

Server.pro works really well.
I am using the free version and I recently run in a problem regarding the loading of the server: I contacted the support and IMMEDIATELY they replied to my message via email. Then I replied and got a reply back. Fantastic support, thanks

Support doesnt answer. Cant get a refund becouse noone answers. High prices. Do not recommend.

When it comes to hosting your own Minecraft server, this host is as good as it gets! Not even kidding, ive been using this hosting for over than 3 years and one thing i could tell that their support is extremely fast and their services are really reliable. if you are looking for the perfect server host provider, then look no further!

I messaged for support and got a reply within 2 minutes. This is the falsest support I have ever seen. They also summarized the solution to my problem in an easy to understand way.

Apparently it is "industry standard" to limit your startup parameters of your server to below the amount of memory you pay for.

Obviously, this is not true and it is just another host taking advantage of people not understanding this.

Much better hosts out there that give you a higher quality server. Other than this, it is just the same as any other host.

Let me explain a little bit about our services. Our backend is built with Docker containers. A Docker container is like a VPS, with dedicated resources for your server. Every container is started with the purchased memory. Inside each container, we run a Java environment, in which your Minecraft Java Edition server is running. The Java virtual machine needs some heap, stack and perm space to run, or else your server would crash instantly when maximising your memory.

That is why we have set your Java memory (which is the one reported ingame with for example /memory command) to a bit lower than the actual purchased memory. That gives overhead for the other processes Java is running on your server to ensure you have the best gaming experience with no interruptions.

We do NOT limit your start parameters of your server at all. At any point you can still change your start parameters to anything you wish.

What they are trying to say is that since they use Docker (A way to split a computer up so you can put more than one server on it, which is normal) they cannot give you more memory than you purchased.

At first, this sounds right. However, what they don't tell you, is that the operating system, java, etc all the normal computer stuff uses resources of this partition. This might sound like common sense, but heres the kicker: the vast majority of other hosts offer what is called "swap overhead" at the very least. This lets you use disk space as extra memory if you need it, and some hosts just cover that overhead (overhead being the extra resources for the basic computer stuff).

They are also overpriced in comparison to other hosts, with other hosts (and the host I currently use) being about $2 more per month, offering swap overhead and 2 more gb of memory with better hardware.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere!

I have problem with world upload, on other server hosting site luke aternos they have a seting that turn of world optimization to not rewrite your mods data on your curent map on the server, support team dosnt help me with nothing

Prompt answer, my problem wasn't solved but it wasn't due to the team, but due to something outside their control, and they explained why clearly, which made it easier
