Although I did not end up using this service they still were cooperative with their support and with the refund.

As per title. Hosted with them for 8 years now. Its clear that the service is designed by gamers as it has everything you need. Their support is also stellar, fast reply and quick resolved. Not that i needed much in all those years.

Worth every penny.

I have hosted with SM for years and I've never had any issues whatsoever until recently. I brought my concerns up with customer support and James was very helpful with getting me answers quickly. I also work in customer service so I can usually have a decent expectation of what kind of response I'll get, not this time though. My expectations were blown right out of the water! In under an hour not only had I heard back, but I was given an explanation for my problem, a solution, AND an expected time of completion for the solution. That alone was impressive, but to add to my satisfaction James informed me the problem was solved ahead of schedule. I've recommended SM for years due to the quality service they provide but now I can add excellent customer service to that. Certainly a welcome change from the norm of standard scripts and soulless responses you get from most customer service experiences. 10/10 Will recommend, and continue to be a client for the foreseeable future!

I have been using ServerMiner for years and they continue to show me why I will never use a different server hosting service. I had a problem with one of my most recent servers and they quickly got everything fixed.

Used it past 10years now and it just works and support is amazing too, if something F*ups just email and got fast help and solution.

The Server wouldn't work and when I went to send in a ticket it had me pay $10 for "mod help" that it turned out I didn't need to spend. But the host took care of my ticket swiftly, refunded the $10 I spent to send in the ticket and offered me a refund if I wasn't happy with the server. If you're having troubles getting the server to start just send in a ticket for "troubleshooting" not "modpacks"

have had 0 issues changing between modpacks and worlds at my own leisure. I have been using serverminer for well over a year now, so figured I would write this as a thanks.

I have the server now since a bunch of days and I must compared to other server providers, this one is by far the best especially when it comes to setting up the server.

Huge thanks to the ServerMiner team for all there help and support in a project I had long since planned. In particular to the name above, dude you are epiccc. This dude was helping me for like 3 weeks and was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick too. Huge props to you man and ServerMiner for what you guys offer. Definitely will be sharing this with others.

Honestly, I can't really complain too much about it. It's a pretty solid server host. It's got easy to navigate menus, a pretty alright file manager, the works. My only complaints here are the fact I can't upload more than one files into the file manager, nor delete more than one file, and I can't download the server's world to use somewhere else. Other than these few things, it's pretty great.

Brilliant Service and Quality. Purchased a server to run a custom modpack server for me and my friends and have nothing but good things to say. Server runs beautifully and the staff are extremely helpful when it comes to helping out with any issues.

100% Recommend for anybody in the market for a Personal Server!

I use serverminer.com to make a 24/7 modded minecraft server available for my friends and family. I had tried to run a server from my personal pc and then a dedicated server from a separate pc, but it was such a headache to maintain. Serverminer has eliminated the headache and now I don't have to spend my free time troubleshooting for my players. It is a great way to stay in touch with people I care about.

Overall great experience
The website has a simplistic set up making it easy to establish everything you want/need your server to do.
Pricing is decent considering I'm able to upload my own custom mod pack for my server through curseforge. I do recommend this service if you want a reliable server with an easy to navigate UI for a good price

I chose ServerMiner as a platform to make my first ever SMP on. First impressions were great, the dashboard looked very easy to use, plans looked reasonable, but there were quite a few problems. I'll narrow them down to some points:

Pointless stone plan

They use the stone plan to reel you in promising 1 GB for 10 bucks a month but you'll find that 1 GB is barely enough to run ANY mods. Although they mentioned in one of their tutorials that Modded servers need at least 3 GBs of RAM, the entire interface is built on Mods meaning the 1 GB plan is pointless.

3GB plan a scam and server icons don't work and SMPicnic constantly telling me to buy more RAM

I then decided to upgrade to the Lapis Lazuli 3.5 GB plan (Which by the way is a massive scam considering other services promise the same amount of GBs for half the price ServerMiner charges) And I did have less issues but one thing I found is that the feature to add an icon for your server didn't work. Also, whenever I had even a tiny bit of lag, I'd get a notification on SMPicnic saying that I needed to buy more RAM. Seriously?

They tried to charge me triple

After I cancelled my server, i checked the transaction log and realized that ServerMiner was trying to charge me $39 a month for Minecraft. That's triple what I was supposed to be paying.

I'd like to say I didn't have more problems, but that would be wrong. I tried to talk to customer support and most of the time I got a robotic sketchy response about the "Database not working" or whatever.

Overall I'm disappointed as the problem free experience I was promised was exaggerated. I'm moving to Apex hosting.

I’m very tech illiterate, and it was very easy to set up a server. I had some issues with a modpack, (I uploaded the wrong files) and Chris D was extremely kind and helpful and solved everything quickly. He even installed the modpack for me and fixed my files, rather than just giving me instructions.

Used this for a minecraft server with 5 friends and I can Honestly say I've had a great experience using their server manager. I'm not particularly good with managing files/mods or such, so the ability to just make a custom profile in curseforge and use the zip file from that is convenient and works perfectly. I think this is possibly the best server hosting service for people new to making modded servers.

On top of this the customer support is brilliant, I always have had my issues resolved quickly if I have had them. Highly recommend.

I bought a server in lapis lazuli mode, and it has been the best thing I could have done. On the server, I added 30 mods, and 10 friends were playing at the same time, and everything was going great. On the other hand, I accidentally bought an extra month, and without any issue, they refunded the amount I paid by mistake. ServerMiner is the best option you can choose if you want a Minecraft server at a good price, and everything works great. I will buy many more times and recommend it to friends. I am very satisfied.

An incredible server hosting platform with the friendliest and most helpful support staff you could ask for. Their plugin and mod support especially genuinely go above and beyond to fix any issues while running complicated modpacks/plugins, even customs ones. Always a good experience hosting here
