The game started crashing on all CPU also started blowing up in the server room

Good Minecraft hosting with no lag. I recieved good technical support when I paid for it and good sales support for free. When I wanted to downgrade my server it was easy. Good price too.

Great customer service. I had a small issue logging in which was given a swift response and recourse to fix it. After which I asked for a backup of the server which, again, was swiftly handled by the CEO, shows that the people running the company care and will not hesitate to do “grunt work” if necessary. A lot of faith in this company after that.

really easy to use and set up a modpack with servers easy to update and change and the server tool is great theres plenty of videos on there help site to get you through it if struggling i did and it helped me and im not evan that good at this stuff highly recommend for sure

Absolutely amazing, if I ever have a problem I can usually fix it on YouTube, but even those problems are really rare.
I tried a different company before this, and it just wasn't as good. They did not allow for much mod customization, but here, everything works amazingly.

good support team, good servers, good overall stuff tbh, one bad thing is if u want like 20 members but dont need the high ram, it says you need like this bundle ffor it, but if u buy the cheaper one u can change member count when u buy it, but ig thats what we gotta do to live eh

My server was not working, I explained the situation in my ticket and after the first answer it was immediately solved. It was really good service.

My server wasn't working the best for a couple days, due to a mod that wasn't working, so I contacted customer service, and within six hours I got a response, and they quickly resolved all the issues, and my server is back up running wonderfully. Definitely recommend this server hosting website.

This was my first time ever using ServerMiner and I was trying to use it for mods as well. Despite being completely new to trying to set up a modded server, they made it very easy to set up, very easy to share with my friends, and customer support got back to me with my question within one day. They were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to use them to host a Minecraft server of any kind. Not to mention the pricing is very reasonable. So far, out of trying to host servers (at least 12 different attempts), this has been the most successful. I'm very glad I discovered ServerMiner and will be using it from now on for any Minecraft servers I create.

Serverminer is a really good server hosting place.it is by far the best service.but why I gave it 4 star is couse sometimes the costemer service trash.We should wait for about a 6-8hrs to get reply.But if u are thinking which server host should I go for,go for serverminer itself.

I've been with Serverminer for a couple of years now and All there Service to me has been Extremely Useful and Consistent over all the time I've been with them. I've used many other Minecraft Hosting Areas n By far Serverminer is the best. Not to Mention the great Staff but there Panel is super easy and Well thought out making even the newest of players be able to navigate there where to where they need to go. Honestly If your Thinking about Hosting I server I'd highly Recommend here!
