Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Go direct to company garage. (CUT out the middle man (service my car) (service stop) They will phone you and explain your car needs extra work when clearly does not. They will try and get as much out of you as possible. They will also ask you put an review on trustpilot in order to get £10 off the price. However this is another lie. Man called Josh

Great service!
Great service, car was collected 09:30am by a very friendly guy called Andy. I was communicated any work that was needed via call and sent a parts report where I could easily accept or reject the work - this is much nicer than being pressured on the phone to pay extra money. My car was then dropped off 12:00, so I was only without a car for a few hours! Thank you to Andy for making this an easy and enjoyable service.

Happy to admit that I was dubious and checked here a few times before biting the bullet. . . . I shouldn't have been. Incredible service, car collected on a loader, driver was a wonderful man. Plenty of update calls from them during the day, extras required all warranted. Car delivered back same day at 6.30pm, even with extra work completed, so really above and beyond what was expected. My new go to car wizards!! Thank you!

Just so convenient!
It was all just so smooth and easy. I’ve never had my car serviced before (naughty I know!) but I would have had to book into the dealership garage 3 months before - and honestly who is *that* organised?! I booked Servicemycar.com 2 days beforehand. They picked up, dropped off and we’re friendly and very communicative with all the text messages updates you get. Planning to use them for my MOT test too in a couple of months!

Brilliant service from first phone call picked my car up kept me informed every step of the way. checked cost with me sent detailed diagnostic report. Extremely pleased with the service.
Extremely pleased with the service I received today. From the initial booking with Sarah who was very thorough with the offers. discounts (applied) & services available right through to completion.
I was well updated on progress and timing through Billy, Craig and Graham. Received reports regularly. I would fully recommend and will definitely use the service again. Customer service was also great and very accommodating of my work schedule.

Very satisfied customer
Website was very easy to book online, and slots available for service and MOT next day.
Price was much cheaper than quoted at other garages.
Kept well informed via e-mail text and even had a phone call.
Driver called to confirm he was on his way in the time provided.
Car passed, and had a call from Craig, very nice guy, who mentioned tyres would need changing, and gave me a price. called him back as could get tyres cheaper, but there was no hard sell at all.
Overall a very happy customer, and will certainly be using them in future.

I saw the amazing offers online for the services so I called them, they were able to fit me in within the week. They collected my car and kept me updated throughout the day.
