It’s actually sad and a disgrace at a…

It’s actually sad and a disgrace at a company like this, well actually come to your home and treat it with such disrespect, and for six months, they did work, and if I showed you pictures and people laugh at the way, they finish the job threatening me choosing me of lying coming to my job, harassing me demanding payment for a half assed job.

They couldn’t even set a initial visit…

They couldn’t even set a initial visit appointment. They wanted me to sign a blank $________ amount agreement saying after my deductible is payed what ever the insurance didn’t pay I would be responsible for within 15 days or a interest rate will be applied. Keep in mind they haven’t even been out for the initial assessment… after 10 days of waiting. Looking for a new contractor.

Compliments

Labon/Bryan were here at 1001 Saint Paul St to service after a water burst in an apartment on the 6th floor. They were called off their vacation to come service due to the water break. I really hope these gentlemen get a decent raise due to the fact that they were called off their vacation. They went to each floor and did not waste time getting things ready to dry.

I would like to thank the servpro crew on a job well done. First of all sewage isn't easy to work with especially underneath a home. The crew came out inspected the area then proceeded to take immediate action. Unbelievable results! Today I witness Honesty, respect, and professionalism. Will B. & Andrew keep up the good work!. I wrote a review about this company…

I wrote a review about this company when I was overcharged. I stated they took advantage of a 65 year old woman. When I called them about it they were firm the amount was correct. As it turned out I did receive a check in the mail for the overage, with a note that they made a mistake. So they made it right and I appreciate that.

Buyer beware

They did a fine job initially, but the toilet they had replaced started leaking within 3 months, and they had the plumber they originally contracted back out to correct the situation. Unfortunately he slowed the leaking down, but it continued, and now the floor in and around the toilet is spongy and moldy, and it has been over a year and Servpro will no longer warranty their work. So basically, they did a shoddy job and are walking away from their responsibility. I saw nothing about 1 year warranty in paperwork I received, so buyer beware.

I will never use this Company again

I will never use this Company again. I requested there services to clean my Mom's flooded basement, My husband and Brother cleaned the contents of the basement out. I was told this would knock down the cost .because charges were added for cleaning the basement.I was sent a 2nd estimate that knock down the price. When it was all said and done I was charged for cleaning out the basement, and only the inital $125 was deducted. I worked with Corbin, who gave me so much conflicting information.

Avoid at all costs

The quality of work was the worst I have ever seen from a contractor. They ruined our wood floors and furniture by not laying down protective materials and improperly storing equipment. They were careless in almost every aspect - leaving the old sink on our porch, chipping the porcelain tub, breaking the granite countertops. They never knocked and just walked into our apartment. They would also use our bathroom and toiletries without asking.

Two thumbs up for Evan

Had flooding upstairs and downstairs from broken water supply line to the bathroom. Went through the water mitigation process. That whole process seemed to go very slowly. I chose Servpro to do the rebuilding (drywall, painting, flooring, ceiling, etc.). Although there were a number of different men who would show up, Evan was a standout. He always showed up when he said he would, was courteous, dependable, answered my questions, explained what he was going to do and then showed me the finished task. Evan was hardworking and always cleaned up the work zone at the end of the day. He also put up with my dog! Nice to see a young guy with a strong work ethic. (Four stars for the company as a whole, but five stars for Evan).

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company, they had me sign all these documents and made it sound like my insurance would cover the damages and get my home fixed, they tricked me, didn't fix my water damage, and is now trying to charge me 2k and send me to collections even though I'm working with them to try and pay it off. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They are scam artists, how they stay in business is unbelievable!

Go with someone else…for your own sake

My home builder recently hired Servpro in colorado to check for mold in my attic and they came but ended up stepping through the drywall in my ceiling causing a 4x3 hole in my ceiling. There was a 3 foot mound of insulation all over my room and my clothing was covered in fiberglass insulation to which I still can’t get out of my clothing. They obviously came back to fix the ceiling which took two weeks, and in that time for texturing my ceiling and painting they scuffed my walls, got texturing all over my fan, painted on my curtain rods, left paint and texturing spread across my driveway and lawn. They hire people and allow them to train on our homes meanwhile creating a bigger mess than was originally there. Please, do yourselves a favor and don’t use them. Wish I could upload photos but it won’t let me.

We survived Hurricane Ian but our home…

We survived Hurricane Ian but our home did not do well. We had 4 feet of water in our house and everything inside was ruined and covered with mud.

We didn't know what to do or where to turn! The devastation was so big it left us feeling overwhelmed and helpless.

My daughter found a Bonita Springs, FL Servopro and I contacted them online hoping for an estimate appointment sometime in the near future.

Later that evening I received a call from Michael who told me that someone would be out to my house the very next day!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!

The next day, Denise, from the Mobile, AL District Servpro, came to our home, did her assessment, and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done. The work included removal of 4 feet of drywall, all trim, baseboards and doors. We also needed rugs and all cabinetry and appliances removed. They needed to secure and seal broken glass sliders doorways, too.

Denise was so kind and empathetic...she and her fami!y lived through Katrina and lost everything as well. She assured us that everything would be taken care of.....we took our first breathe since the storm!

The next morning Denise and a crew of 12 from Gainsville, Fl showed up! Jeff was the lead for the crew and kept us informed about plans for the project and what to expect. Suddenly, we had nothing to do! What a relief!

The crew went right to work. In 90 degree weather and a huge mess, they hardly stopped for a lunch break. They were very considerate and respectful, checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted.

Day 2 was more of the same! While they were working, we could hear them talking and laughing and singing!!!!! Put a smile on our faces and made us laugh, too! First time in this mess......and it felt good!

After three days of drying the crew came back to pick up their equipment. We felt like they were our friends!

So grateful to Denise, Jeff and the Mobile District group. So professional, kind and caring.....saved us!

A job well done by Tom Stamper & his crew

I really appreciated the job that Tom, Donny and Bryon who repaired my home done. They were very professional and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. They set a start time and they would arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. That was great for me because I often had a doctor or other appointment. They did a great job on the BIO cleanup, repairs of the entire room which included the floor, walls, and the ceiling. I highly appreciated Tom Stamper and his crew. They treated me like family.

AWFUL customer service

AWFUL customer service. After Hurricane Ian, our insurance requested that we have a Moisture Test done in our attic due to water intrusion. I called them and left a message. They called me back two days later and scheduled for 4 days later (which is all fine). They said they would be at my house between 9 am and 11 am. At 9:10 am I called to verify they were coming and the girl on the phone assured me they would be there by 11:00 am and would call me 30 minutes ahead of time. At 11:05 am I called to find out their arrival status and was told they would not be coming today and could not get to me until the end of the week, to which I responded "the end of the week is tomorrow so please get me on the schedule since I missed 3 hours of work today I need to know what time they will be here tomorrow.". I was put on hold while she checked their calendar and was then told they could not do it at all, that they were not doing moisture tests anymore because so many people have standing water." I said "I understand that but YOU all told me you would be here today and my insurance wants this done, so I need to be rescheduled." The lady was not helpful so I asked to speak to someone in charge. I spoke to Art who was also no help. I asked how long would I have been sitting here waiting had I not called? The least you all could have done is called to cancel instead of being completely inconsiderate and just having me waiting and waiting with no one showing up. Art said he would try to get another location to help and he would call me back today. In the meantime, I found another company and scheduled. Art did call me back and explained he could not find anyone to which I replied, no worries I already found a company who is going to do it. He tried to apologize but I am irate - their total and complete lack of respect for my time and crappy customer service is unacceptable. THEY called ME and scheduled this for today but THEY never called me to tell me they could not make it; instead I was reassured, "oh yes, they will be there by 11:00 am". They tried making excuses that they are in Maryland or something. No excuse where you are taking calls from, YOU scheduled the appt. with ME. YOU confirmed the appt. with ME and YOU reassured me this morning someone would be here today, but between 9:10 am and 11:05 am that changed and NO ONE from SERVE PRO had the common courtesy to call me and let me know. Had I not called I would probably have sat there all day waiting and wondering. So incredibly inconsiderate to not give customers that YOU scheduled an appt with basic communication and common courtesy. Poor, poor, poor form Serve Pro. I will NEVER recommend you or use you or any of your franchises.
I will also make sure my insurance company knows about your awful customer service. Absolutely awful!

Do Not Use Servpro EVER!!

Absolutely the most corrupt and dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my 50 years. They stole from me, damaged my property and then provided zero assistance at either the local or national level. I will end up in court pursuing thousands of dollars in damages. I wouldn't want anyone to have t go through my experience again. This has been a 4 month process with zero professionalism at every turn. DO NOT USE PROSERV!!
