Matthew was engaged and knowledgable and I felt confident in his recommendations. By far the best experience with a doctor on Sesame I've had. In fact, he corrected a script from the provider I had seen prior to him that was contraindicated with my other meds.

So this company asked where I was for the appointment and I said New York and they sent four prescriptions to New York but they sent this prescription for blood work to North Carolina and over four business days they couldn't do anything about it and this is a very big deal. I wouldn't put trust in them after days they said they would handle it and they have not handled it at all this is a very bad situation for me and they have not help me at all

The reason for 4 stars has to do with difficulty with Sesame app and website in connecting for my appointment. But I did connect, and once I did was happy with quality of virtual appointment.

Dr. Oppenheim was friendly and inquisitive about possible origins of my dermatitis. He explained treatment and advised I could send a message for follow up if needed. I discovered the Sesame service at 11 am on a Saturday and had an appointment with the doctor by 12:15 pm. Very impressed!

She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, unlike the previous provider, Shola Akinfiresoye, who quickly prescribed antibiotics without a thorough evaluation.

Cancelation can be difficult and subscription information is purposely opaque. After emailing I received the fine print. How often can you cancel 3 hours before your appointment? Isn't the point a quick visit?
