Camillo took the time to thoroughly explain the medication and walk me through the different options available. He made sure I understood how each one works and what to expect, which I appreciated. Very personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. I felt comfortable and well-informed after the appointment.

I booked a same-day appointment with Chigozie Ohanele, APRN-CNP through Sesame Care specifically for anxiety treatment, as I have been in therapy for over a year and needed professional medical management. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time and money. Despite being listed under 'Anxiety Care,' this provider demonstrated a total lack of clinical knowledge regarding anxiety disorders.
Instead of discussing evidence-based treatments or somatic release techniques (which she seemed unfamiliar with), her 'medical advice' consisted of telling me to read the Bible and look at the sky. She went as far as to suggest that a lack of religion is the cause of anxiety. Furthermore, she was obsessed with ordering expensive blood work for vitamin levels before even listening to my history, dismissively claiming the tests were 'cheap.'
When I didn't immediately agree to her non-clinical suggestions, she became defensive, claiming I was 'refusing treatment.' She eventually told me to see a psychiatrist—which is exactly why I used Sesame Care to begin with. Sesame Care should remove her from the anxiety category immediately. Her approach is dismissive, religiously biased, and clinically inadequate for patients with severe symptoms.
I had a very poor session with Chigozie Ohanele regarding anxiety treatment, but Ms. Cel from Customer Support turned the situation around. She listened to my concerns and fixed the issue instantly. It is rare to find support that is this kind and efficient. My 5-star rating here is specifically for Ms. Cel—she is the reason I’m giving Sesame Care another chance. She is absolutely wonderful.

My doctor was punctual and professional and was able to ask me the necessary questions to approve a refill of my depression and anxiety meds in less than 3 minutes. I had the prescription in my hand in less than 30 minutes. Cost was also about half of what I was being asked to pay by the cheapest doctor on Zocdoc.

This entire process was so fast and convenient I wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Chinedu Okeke listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and patient. We were able to set a goal based on my specific needs. I don’t know why I was anxious and put this off for so long. I had nothing to be nervous about. I was even able to pick up my prescription the same day. I don’t have insurance but the self pay option for medication was much more affordable than I imagined. If I can do this I think anyone can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them, you can get started right away. I would highly recommend. I’m more than satisfied.

Stormy was knowledgeable, genuine and professional. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with her. It has to do with the amount of time given for a menopause evaluation. Not much time for questions or concerns. This was still a value for the service.

So this company asked where I was for the appointment and I said New York and they sent four prescriptions to New York but they sent this prescription for blood work to North Carolina and over four business days they couldn't do anything about it and this is a very big deal. I wouldn't put trust in them after days they said they would handle it and they have not handled it at all this is a very bad situation for me and they have not help me at all
