I turn to Sesame as an alternative to germ-infested urgent care centers when I need immediate care and feel something simple coming on (like a sinus infection or UTI). I am familiar with the symptoms and know how it's been treated effectively in the past. Thank God we have options like this. The cost is SO reasonable for the value, and I've never waited more than a couple of hours for an appointment.

Dr. Chang is a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor who makes me feel at ease throughout the Televisit. He is caring and attentive. Always listens carefully and answers all my questions. I am always comfortable with his plan of action.

My first time using Sesame and it was a great experience. Meeting Stormy was a pleasure as she is kind, sympathetic and was able to help me get the script that I need and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

Sesame is cheap, readily available service that is easy to use. It is cheaper than insurance video visits. And the doctors are more inclined to listen to your needs because YOU are the customer, not some huge insurance company.

Dr. Mahmood is a great physician who saved my life. I was suffering with severe sinus congestion for over 3 months. I went to minute clinics before but that didn't help me. I found Dr. Mahmood in sesame and was extremely happy with my experience. Dr. Mahmood is a very knowledgeable, caring, humble, and attentive human being. He took his time to listen to my each concerns and answered my questions. He was very sincere and his treatment ultimately provided me the relief i needed. He exactly knew what type of prophylaxis i needed and didn't hesitate to go with it. If you are looking for a great physician then look no further. I wish Dr. Mahmood all the very best and a very successful career.

This is a fraudulent company without any supervisors. I asked to speak to a supervisor and multiple representatives (Jayson & Joyce) told me to keep “waiting” until they found someone… then proceeded to ignore me entirely. What kind of comapny can’t find someone above the customer service agents???

Not to mention, I booked with an APRN (bad choice) who said she’ll prescribe me an anti-fungal lotion for a localized rash. She rushed me off the call so quickly. The time spent was mostly her venting about her divorce and her OBGYN. She never sent in the prescription! Once I finally got ahold of the prescription, it was an oral anti-fungal for babies!! My research said do not take an oral anti-fungal for a small, localized rash on an adult! Do NOT use this company.

My doctor was a complete professional and able to diagnose me as having a viral infection through telehealth. I couldn't be more grateful for her seeing me last minute and sending the proper medication to my pharmacy.

Nurse Ashley Wiltcher is AMAZING!! She is super friendly down to earth She makes me laugh and she makes me feel like she cares and understands and always make sure that I get everything that I need! It's not often that you can have a provider that you can trust and that have the best intentions and possible actions for your medical care
