Every aspect of my delivery didn't work. In fact I did not get my order.I have complained over & over, pointless, they just placate, lie. I don't know why people use them, because they don't deliver anything. Sellers must lose revenue, I won't be ordering anything else, it's too stressful. Seur are the worst delivery service ever. They say they tried to deliver when they didn't and never deliver when they are supposed to. I was expecting a package from Germany through Amazon.es. It was supposed to come April 12th and didn't, waited all day. Then they said Wed 17th only to supposedly try and deliver on Mon 15th when I was out. Here we are on the 17th still nothing 😡. You can't message them or get hold of them. Don't even deserve 1 star

I ordered from Smash Inn and had no choice but use SEUR even paid premium For “faster” shipping BUT inter Spain delivery took 12 days All In All. Criminal experience.

Driver makes no attempt to deliver then lies about it
First attempt to deliver the driver went to the wrong gate, second attempt the driver didn't wait for us to answer, third attempt was never done but driver lied about trying to deliver, fourth attempt same as third.
If I could rate zero stars I would.
Lazy Drivers
The delivery driver dosent drop off the package even though im home and I open the door they dont bother coming upstairs and just mark the delivery as abscent this has happend more than 10 times now.

This company have proved once again that they are definately the worst courier company in Spain.
Received an email at 15.23 saying that the delivery would be between 15.00 and 16.00 which I knew was a lie as they deliver to our village in the mornings. So to try cover their lazy lying arses, sent another email at 16.18 saying my address was incorrect. There is nothing wrong with the address, I was at home, nobody attempted to deliver or even call my mobile. Thankfully the item they were supposed to deliver is only a sample of no value so they can shove it where the sun does not shine!

Waited in for delivery only to receive a message to say that delivery to my address was not sucessful as i was not home. There was NO ATTEMPT MADE to deliver to my address, there is no excuse for this very poor service. The delivery drivers simply say no one was home as it makes their day shorter as they dont have to drive all over they must simply sit in their cars or vans and say no one home.!!

The worst delivery company ever! Only have bad experience with them. Before I order online, I always ask the company, who do they deliver with and if they use Seur, I don't order from them. Seur do not deliver to your house, they leave the order at pick up point, don't even try to deliver it to home. They never call you, theoretically they work until 20 o'clock but they always finish at latest 19:00. In case it's a big parcel and they can't leave it at pick up point, they simply send it back to the sender. They are lazy, hate working and don't care about customers at all.

APPALLING SERVICE, continuously! Amazon deliveries that are scheduled, never get delivered. Couriers don't turn up, no calls, no messages, but tracking info says that delivery was attempted when we were at home, security cameras show also that no delivery was attempted. Complained to Amazon, the same thing happened again the next day, - no delivery, tracking info shows a lie. The order was cancelled, of course.
Dozens of my friends report the same issue with SEUR in Portugal. CRIMINALS AND THIEVES!

A waste of money and a source of frustration.
Also, the checkout process was ridiculous. I went to the shop and I had to go through a long process on my phone.

This company is just awful. I've been waiting for a package for 2 weeks now. Over the last 10 days I've had 5 emails from them, each one saying the package would be delivered that day, I've stayed home to receive it and they've never turned up. I had one email saying they'd attempted to deliver it and I wasn't there, when I was there all the day.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS SHIPPING AGENT
I ordered an item from Lidl’s using their on-line shopping site on 4 Aug 2023. SEUR was their designated Shipping Agent.
The last tracking feedback from SEUR was that there was an “Incident” with the delivery. That email was dated 9 Aug 2023. They requested my email address and postal code which I resent. That was the last correspondence I received from them. I contacted Lidl’s Customer Service to complain about SEUR and hopefully they will get answers to my queries. By the number of Trust Pilot recent negative reviews relating to SEUR, it is a wonder that they are still in business. I am now in the process of requesting monetary reimbursement for the goods that I have never received from Lidl's. How SEUR is still in business is beyond me.
I can fully recommend that if SEUR is named as the Shipping Agent for any on-line shopping sites, steer well clear of that site. You have been warned.

Got to be the worst courier company around
Their website shows my delivery still in progress. No response to my follow ups or my complaint. They say " we will deal with it, we will get back to you " but nothing. Deliver should have been August 31st but as of today September 7th nothing! no feedback no explanation. The company is a sham.
