Stefan hugely helped me regarding my wrist injury/pain management. I felt supported and encouraged. He listened to me and I felt comfortable. I hugely recommend and if I had any other problems regarding needing physio I would go back to seven hills physio.

Visited Stefan once again with new acute back problem. As before received excellent treatment and advice . Stefan is always thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone.

I went to Stefan for a chronic back problem that I had learned to live with for a number of years. He has managed to work miracles in a few weeks and I can now sleep on my right side for the first time in years. He is really good at quickly identifying the issue and coming up with helpful solutions.

Stefan was recommended to my husband by a friend . My husband had a bad back , with Stefan ‘s help he has made a vast difference. He is a very social and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to other people.

Brilliant guy makes you feel at ease . Being an older overweight woman i was in pain but reluctant as didnt know what to expect. However i had no need to worry a lovely and genuine guy. Would reccommend to
anyone.

Stefan at Seven Hills Physiotherapy is a fantastic physio and human being. I’ve visited him a few times over the last 5 or so years for various different issues including my wrist, groin and foot. Each time he’s been so warm, welcoming, and talked me through how to tackle my issues in ways that I can understand so that I have the correct knowledge and skills to take away and work on the problems myself. And lo and behold, with following his instructions and copying the exercises he’s shown me, the problems have cleared up completely. And this is why I have returned and will always return to Stefan!

On top of being a fantastic physio he is the loveliest person — he is empathetic, so easy to talk to, he shows interest in you and remembers you whenever you return. On my latest visit I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he was amazing with her — he played with her, asked her questions, and cheered her on all whilst working through my wrist issues with me. I don’t know how he did it really — multitasking king!

Stefan has been absolutely incredible with my teenage daughter and her swimming-related shoulder injury.
He’s excellent at engaging with her (and with me), he’s really put her at ease, the treatments have been fabulous and coupled with the exercises he recommend, have allowed her to get back to training FT again.
I’d absolutely recommend Stefan to anyone.

Stefan was very thorough with his assessment and quickly diagnosed the issue I had. He will actually massage you and manipulate the muscles near the injury (which other physiotherapist I've been too won't). This provided instant relief, he also gave me multiple exercises to do myself at home to help resolve the injury. Unfortunately my injury was not improving so Stefan quickly sent a letter to my GP to get me triaged for more help/scans ect. Overall very professional, helpful and just a lovely welcoming man.

Stefan really helped me after a fall and can’t recommend enough

I visited Stefan initially due to arthritis in my left knee and he was brilliant in helping to relieve pain and giving me exercises to build up the muscles around that knee. When it became clear I needed a replacement knee Stefan very kindly wrote to my GP to recommend me for surgery. On receiving that letter the gp referred me for surgery and all went ahead very smoothly.
I returned to him since then to receive help for my other knee. Again the treatment was most helpful and I have no doubts on returning to him again for further treatment.
Stefan is very pleasant and an understanding person who makes you feel completely comfortable at ease with the treatment he gives you. I have recommended him to friends when they've had similar problems and would certainly do so again.

I’ve needed to get help from Steff for various problems with my body now being an old crinkly and crumbly ( age 69 ) just like a boat in stormy waters would get help from the difficult conditions they find themselves in by getting help, Steff has helped me with:-
Knees, Back & neck.
It’s always a pleasure to see him and I always feel better when leaving the building than going in.
Keep up the good work Steff.
I know doubt I’ll see you in the not to distant future.

Stefan is a great physio, very friendly and professional. He makes you feel like you've known him for years. I have been to him many times, and he always sorts my garden injuries out and sciatica flare ups! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Stefan is the best physio I have ever seen. He is very friendly and puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. His knowledge and understanding of the problems is amazing and within just a few sessions had removed all my pain and stiffness. He is highly recommended.
