Pretreatment discussion was clear and thorough, and I could feel the wealth of experience in the room. The treatment itself really got to the core of my issues and I felt a great deal better afterwards.

I visited Stefan over a period of a couple of months and was amazed at how quickly he turned round what was becoming a long term problem for me. He’s knowledgable and helpful and a really nice person too -would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I have been to see stefan on more than one occasion for pain and every time I have been I have been able to see a massive difference. I recently went for a trapped nerve in my shoulder that send pain all the way down my arm. After just 3 sessions the pain was 95% better and doing exercises that stefan told me to do the pain has now gone and back to normal. If you do have any aches or pain I highly recommend Stefan to sort out your problem

The difference his help & advice have made is significant.
Before seeing Stefan I was struggling with daily headaches, jaw and neck pain which were disturbing my sleep.
These issues were also having a negative impact on my day to day life, especially at work.
I attended a total of 4 appointments and by the 3rd appointment my headaches had stopped.
My neck pain is much better, and I now sleep peacefully.
If I have problems again in the future, or new ones I would not hesitate to book a new appointment.

Stefan is an outstanding practitioner. He has assisted me with both a knee and Achilles issue over approximately the last year. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend him.
