Stefan is amazing. I only had 2 sessions and was sorted. I had been suffering for about 1yr and felt I needed to sort it as it was holding me back from doing things. He knew where the problem was from what I described and released the tightness in 2 session!! Cracking my back what an experience! Would highly recommend 👌

Stefan did a wonderful job on my back. I had stiffness from my neck to lower back and requested spinal manipulation. After a few sessions it helped me so much with my movement.
Also helped with the issues with my knees. With his report of his experience/findings of what's possibly wrong with them I was able to get an X-ray through my GP and I am now on steroid injections for that.

On meeting Stefan for the first time I found him very calming individual who came across as very knowledgeable in his subject.
Explaining what he was going to do and what I could expect through my treatment.
Stefan always started with a brief chat this enabled him to access my improvement and to explain to me how he thought I was doing which he balanced against how I thought I was doing.

I recently visited Stefan at Seven Hills for an ongoing issue with my shoulder, which was causing me terrible headaches. I was quite nervous going to my first appointment, but Stefan put me at ease immediately with his friendly and chatty nature. After just a few sessions my shoulder had improved considerably, my headaches had stopped, and nearly 3 months on I'm still feeling great! I'm extremely grateful to Stefan for the excellent care and support he gave me, he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I started with a trapped nerve in my leg in mid 2023, which was sorted with a few appointments. I've since continued to attend the physio appointment on a monthly basis to the present day to help ease problems with age related lower back pain. The appointment enable me to walk 5 to 6 miles with little discomfort.

Stefan is really good at putting you at ease, at first I was struggling with pain after a car accident and Stefan saw both me and my husband. He was very patient, reassuring and friendly. I referred my daughter to him as she was suffering with vestibular migraines and he has been a real help to her too. Would not hesitate to recommend Stefan in the future. I had severe back pain that just wasn't getting any better. I contacted Stefan who fitted me in at short notice despite being busy. Stefan's friendly approach and obvious professional knowledge put me at ease straight away. After only a few sessions I felt so much better. I'll definitely call on Stefan again if I need help in the future!

I brought my daughter to see Stefan at Seven Hills physiotherapy just after Covid. We were so impressed that when I started to struggle with lower back pain and sciatica around Easter time, I quickly booked in for myself. I was so pleased I did. In three sessions I went from being in agony to feeling almost normal.
Stefan is very knowledge and his personable skills really set me at ease. He is also very reasonably priced compared to other physiotherapists!
I hope as a family we don’t need to return for treatment, but we definitely would if needed. 100% recommend. Thank you Stefan.

Stefan is a really pleasant guy who takes time out to listen to your concerns. He will set out a treatment plan and explain anything that you may not be sure about. My appointments with him were always punctual and treatment was followed up with suggestions for exercises to carry out at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Seven Hills Physiotherapy.

Stefan is a great physio. When I first went to him after suffering 2 pelvic fractures I was in so much pain and convinced I wouldn’t walk again but Stefan not only built up my confidence but helped me with the pain. I went to Seven Hills with a long term back problem. Stefan was brilliant in identifying/diagnosing the issue and giving me reassurance that my programme of physio would work, which it did. I would highly recommend him and should I ever require further physiotherapy assistance will be using him in the future.
