They take your money but don't deliver
I bought multiple items online from this company. Their website looks legitimate and includes customer reviews and constant pop-ups saying thing like 'Jo Bloggs bought 'x' 7 days ago', leaving you thinking that they must be popular. I did what I thought was due diligence and sought independent reviews online. All appeared OK according to the AI summary of reviews. I therefore placed my order on 10th Oct 25 and as at 8th Jan 26 I've still not received my order. I've tried contacting them multiple times over the last 3 months via thier website messaging service, whatsapp and email and they never respond. I've tried calling on the number provided but that doesn't connect. Luckily I paid via Paypal and have buyer protection and have asked them to look into my issue so I will hopefully get a refund. I feel that I can't be the only person who has had such a bad experience with this company and felt that I should share my experience so that anyone else looking to buy from SevenLash can see the flip-side of what appears to be a generally good review generated by AI when searching for online reviews. Buyer Beware!
