The hoodies are soft, but very cheaply made. Whip stitch hem rolls. No pockets, nothing special about these at all. May be worth $20 for one, but nothing more. If you leave an honest review on their page, they won’t publish it. They also tout being USA based. Well maybe….maybe their distribution, but these hoodies are made in CHINA by Independent Trading Company. They are also available on Amazon (or Chinazon as I call it). These hoodies don’t live up to the hype for sure.

The sweatshirts are so comfy and fit great! They really do feel butter on the inside. They also come in a very timely manner!!

No problems at all- shipped in timely manner. Softest sweatshirts ever and will be ordering more. Questions were answered fast and again had no problems.

I purchase 2 for 39.99 and love them but the return policy is terrible. They dont fit so now i am out 39.99.

I did not see a return policy that stated that if they were on sale no refund or exchanges and all i want is an exchange.

BUYER BEWARE… I have ordered many items from SRL over the years. Butter soft hoody’s, zipped hoody’s and flannels. The original quality used to be great; however, they must have changed vendors because the quality of my recent zipper hoody’s is POOR. They are thin, mis sized and Not soft. Plus they now have tags in the neck line which is awful. I have emailed 5 times, sent reviews (which have not been posted) and even filled out the online form. I’ve tried to get a replacement or my money back for 2 weeks now. No one has reached out to me, yet I get bombarded with their texts and emails asking for reviews and to purchase more products. This is very frustrating and I’ve been unable to unsubscribe. Be warned!

I love all the SRL products, they are soft and beautiful, excellent quality. They respond their email quick and I received all the items in few days.

I spoke with a girl " salana" she says she gets paid .7 cents US for each call she recieves.
She has no computer or even a way to look up orders!!
She is in makati and said sh gets 20 calls a day from people who did not get their orders..

These are the softest hoodies, I can't wait for fall weather!

Placed an order on August 15. My credit card has been charged however I have yet to receive anything...not even a confirmation email. I have tried to email them 3 times now with no response!!

I ordered a shirt in February. It’s now august 1st and I still haven’t received the shirt.

This is a freaking scam!! They send you a text for a " free shirt giveaway", you fill out your info, and then you're subscribed to a subscription for $15 a month!! I was able to cancel the subscription, but never received the shirt I paid $15 for. You can't reach anybody about your account, they send you the same bogus reply that makes no sense. They trick you, telling you it's a giveaway, but it's not, it's a scam and signs you up for a subscription that you don't want. RUN AWAY, DO NOT DO IT. I can't even get Shop to return my email about these scammers going through them to rip people off! I had to delete my payment info from Shop due to it. Shop says the shirt was delivered July 11th, June 15th, and July 12th! Nope, I've received nothing, and to top it off, they send you emails wanting a review for something you never received.

Unfortunately SRL charged me $34.78 for the “free” t-shirt.

Placed an order, now they are saying I need to pay more than what the order page said! Total scam.

Ordered 3 months ago, the order never shipped. Now the website is gone. Fly-by-night scam I guess.

Beware…. I ordered 1 pair of joggers & THEY sent me an email they cancelled my order. I just got my credit card statement which they CHARGED & then credit me an amount $8 less which was for postage of an item I was NEVER shipped. I will NEVER buy from this company.

Ordered 4 of the St Patrick's day sweatshirts and not only received the wrong ones, but they are extremely short in the sleeves.
Sent an email to customer service and left a review when an email prompted me. No response. 😔 now the sweatshirts aren't even on the site anymore.

Order 2/11/23 got message from Shop app shipped with no tracking number. Waited 3 weeks sent email 2/27 go to my reply that they were shipping out the following week. Few more weeks no tracking no items. The items I did order are for Saint Patrick's day and today 3/16 have not received. Sent another email no response. Files dispute with my bank as I never got items ordered. Also the reviews on there site have to be fake there are no bad reviews and I put one on their site and it is not there. Not all these people order items are all going to have high reviews. If you research them online the reviews are bad.

I have ordered from this company in the past and was very satisfied with their product. However, my order of over 100.00 was delivered yesterday and I am very disappointed in the quality and fit. I order 3 pairs of sweatpants (all the same size) 1 pair fits great and the other don’t. 1 is about 2 sizes too small and the other is about 1 size too small even though they are all marked the same size. They are also extremely thin in quality. I have tried to reach out or find a phone number and get nothing. I reached out to them about 2 weeks before receiving my package to see if they could update the shipping and still haven’t heard back from even that email. Very disappointing. I would live help with this!
