TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

Not surprised w/the rating of this company.
I purchased 2 hoodies at $39.99. When I did that I received an 3- minute offer to add one pair of joggers & a $25 credit would be added to the order. That didn’t happen. Also, once you go over the $75 shipping threshold, the $10 shipping fee should have been credited as well. ALSO, why would I purchase 1 jogger @ $39.99 when the site is offering BOGO.
I reached out via email THREE times to completely cancel my order & just received an email indicating that my order is on the way.

First and foremost no transparency in the return policy. Also the size does not even remotely fit to size. So now stuck with two sweat shirts I can’t wear!!!!!

Bought two hoodies for the $39 special. They came quickly, right color, right size. They fit great, and yes, they were super soft! I loved them… until I washed them! They are SO PILLY!!! And every time I leave a review on their Facebook ad or video they delete it!!! I almost bought 4 more in the rest of the colors… so glad I didn’t.

I have sent many messages and I’m not getting anywhere. I was sent the wrong size. I’d like to get a larger size.

I'm still waiting from November 30, 2023 for my sweatshirt. I purchased 2 but only received one. I've sent emails and NO response. Not happy with this company at all. I will never order again.

Deleted mine. Suppose to get 2 pair of joggers for $39. I only got 1 pair. They blamed it on me at checkout. Would NOT make it good. Even after several e-mails! So disappointed with this company!

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered these “butter soft 2 for $39 sweatshirts. I gave a two star rating because at least I received the items unlike many others. I ordered two sweatshirt but one was not the correct color. I ordered a dark Grey and Blush but received the gray but the other was Black. I email them a couple of times to inquire how to get my order corrected. I now realize I will not receive communication back and am stuck with a color I did not want. The quality is okay. The underneath is soft but I know when it’s washed it will lose the softness. A huge frustration is the hemline of the sweatshirt roles up and no matter what I try, it does not lay or hang flat. As stated by other reviews, I have ordered sweatshirts off Amazon that are lower in cost and truly wrap you in comfort and softness. Do not waste you money ordering these sweatshirts even at a price point of 2 for $39. It’s not worth the disappointment and frustration.

Still waiting. 52.00 on my account and I didn't know which it was! Boy they sure sent me a text everyday for the"softest hoodie ever". It was buy one get one free. Gift card and I even sent the 25.00 gift card to a friend! Good thing I told her to wait and see mine. Ugh.

Purchased 2 hoodies in November. Order 2 same size, but when printed order - one said XS - Emailed to change order - NO ANSWER.
Was to get a $35 gift card, got notice of 3 weeks after order but still no order and card expired soon. Asked to have card extended until I could see how items fit etc. - NO ANSWER.
Emailed several times on shipping delay - NO ANSWER.
Emailed and used Contact Sheet requesting customer service respond re: XS Hoodie (finally rcvd) - NO ANSWER.
No Phone Number, No way to respond to emails. Asked to unsubscribe - Still getting emails.
NOT TRUE SIZES - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO CHAT ABILITY - NO ONE THERE TO TALK TO. WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER.

I order their "great deal" of 2 of the butter hoodies for $39.00 on December10 (plenty of time to ship for Christmas). I have yet to get a tracking # or my order and this is after 4 emails to the company. There is no phone number to contact them. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the New York Attorney General's office. Even companies in China deliver better customer service.

Terrible experience! I haven’t even gotten the product after they charged my card 2 weeks ago and never shipped my order. I reached out and they wouldn’t cancel my order. What a scam! DO NOT ORDER from them!

These are definitely NOT butter soft! I got a $13 hoodie from Amazon that was way softer than these. Ugh! All of their reviews on their site are wonderful, they must filter them out is all that I can say

I bought two for $39 I got one and it’s not the right fit wth! They are not worth it and no customer service support what kind of company is this? If this was from China I would expect this king of crap!

These are HORRIBLE! Cheap, not buttersoft by any stretch of the imagination. I wear XL but wanted it to big oversized and it is tight. Every review on their site is wonderful. Of course they can’t be returned because I got the 2 for $39 special. I wouldn’t pay $10 for 2.

I ordered 4 hoodies with the advertisement of 2 for 39 and was charged 39.99 for 3 of them. They won't return my email and I'm about to the point to call my bank for fraud!

First off - these hoodies are NOT “butter soft” as advertised and the sizing is not true to size. I received my order and the advertisement said a $25 gift card - but never received that. I have tried to contact customer service to check on returning/exchanging since the shirts do not fit and run small and have had zero response. Very poor customer service and overall a waste of money.

They had a promo for '2 for $39'. Paid $54.91 including shipping expecting 2 hoodies to get delivered to me, but only 1 arrived. I started a claim on October 11th (and is still going on until today, November 16th). SRL said the reason why only 1 was delivered was because only 1 was chosen during checkout. I tell you, I tried choosing 2 during checkout but it doubled the amount of what I had to pay, $78. So, I figured a qty of 1 means 1 of the '2 for $39'. But no, SRL refuse to give me what they owe me, and instead would rather give me a $25 gift card. Yes, the fabric is soft, but I own other hoodies that are of better quality than this without the ripoff. SRL, I suggest you simulate your ordering process by changing the quantity on your checkout page, so you have an idea of what I'm talking about. If you still don't have a clue, call me and I'd gladly walk you through your checkout process on your website. This is not an acceptable way of handling your customer claim. Obviously, I don't want your gift card. I just need the other hoodie that I already paid for. Very unhappy customer here. I won't hesitate to share this review so others are aware and be careful so you don't have to deal with this unnecessary stress from SRL. Your customer service stinks. I've seen a similar review so it tells me that they been doing this intentionally. What a horrible way to run a business! Scamming your customers this way. Shameless people!

I purchased a special of buy 2 butter soft sweatshirts for $39.00. I purchased 6 and were to received 2 free. I got 3 and paid $90+ and now customer service is stating different and no returns. So ending up paying 39.99 each, no 2 for 1 as advertised and no free. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I bought several of their butter hoodies. One was called dusty rose but yet when it arrived it was more like brick red. The company won't exchange it.
