Placed order 17 days ago, charged immediately, still no package or delivery date. This company is a scam.

The "butter soft" hoodies that I received were about as soft as something I could get at Dollar Tree. The company has been spamming me with incessant emails for almost a year despite reaching out and requesting, politely, to be removed from email solicitation lists.

Sent back merchandise because of fit and they don’t return your money. Do not order from them unless you are absolutely sure of your size. Merch is very short also.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
This company is a scam! Check out BBB for yourself. Will not reply to any emails or texts, $25 credit code does not work on anything on the website, and they have now blocked me because I am writing a bad review! STAY AWAY and save your money!

Scam- avoid this company. Inferior product and wrong item sent. Terrible customer service- no coherent response to request for help.

This company is a scam. These are simply independent shirts you can buy for $15. They recently ran a promotion in March for buy one get one free, well that was not the case, they charged full price and you cannot get through to anyone to correct it. I emailed several times and tried to reach them via social media with no response.

Bought 2 hoodies -- Sized small. If I wash it, I fear it will be too small. I am also not wild about the raw edges on the hem. I inquired about return/exchange but was denied. Will not buy from this company again.

The worst company yet. F rating with BBB they respond to no complaints, NO refunds or exchanges and if by chance you can return something they charge you $10.00 for a shipping label. Sizes are way off.
My advice is to not buy off Facebook, Instagram or TikTok they are all scammers. I just wasted 75.00

Scam!! This company deletes all bad reviews!! I ordered 2 hoodies (b1g1) but after I paid I got a receipt for just 1!! I immediately emailed the company to either cancel my order or fix my order to no response! I emailed and messaged multiple times b4 shipping to no response! Only got 1 in the shipment. They refuse to fix the order. They have either a glitch in the system or they are doing this as scam, and after seeing other complaints I'm seeing this more as a scam!!

This company is a joke, they delete true reviews. They only publish good reviews. They deleted mine!
I was supposed to get 2 pairs of butter-soft joggers for $49. I only got 1 pair. The material wasn’t even as described! I cannot get them to respond either, I have sent several emails! I am so disappointed with this company! How do I make an actual formal complaint?

I ordered 2/$39.99 on February 4 , 2024.
It took 4 weeks to receive AND I did not receive what I ordered. 1 sweatshirt came. I paid for 2.
Emailed them for another sweatshirt or a refund . Have NOT heard back.
I should have read all the reviews first.

2/$39 butter soft hoodies.
Shipping is taking forever! Haven’t received my product yet. But this made me dig into the company and now I’m not excited to get my sweatshirts at all. They must run very small, so I’m sure I didn’t order large enough, to find out the peel horrible is discouraging. Read they aren’t buttery soft at all. And while I was searching I read their return policy and you can NOT return the 2/$39 hoodies. They are NON REFUNDALBE. So I’m not looking forward to getting these and I’m sure I’ll either give them to a friend or they will go into the donation pile.

AWFUL company! Do not order from them! I ordered 2 sweatshirts for $39 they were too big so I tried to contact them to make an exchange. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE FROM THEIS COMPANY! THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER JUST AN EMAIL WHICH NO ONE EVER REPLIES! I just keep getting an email stating my purchase is on the way!! I purchased a $10 return label to make the exchange and sent them the 2 items I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. WELL! NEVER RECEIVED MY EXHCHANGE SO I AM NOW OUT THE ORIGINAL $39.00 PLUS SHIPPING PLUS THE ADDITION $10 EXCHANGE LABEL. Quality if awful too! Fuz balls all over the sweatshirt constantly!Buyer beware! I ordered two Butter Hoodies. Thats a laugh, 1) not buttery at all, in fact the 2) quality is AWFUL! 3) Sizing couldn't be more off. $) said I would get 2 for $39 they charged me $53.30??? No phone to make a request for return and they do not respond to emails. (I sent 5) Do not bother with this company they are unresponsive, and I believe them to be scamming people.

The hoodies I received were most definitely not buttersoft. Also, the tags in the hoodie say "Independent Trading Company" which I googled and I could have gotten them much cheaper. What a scam.

I ordered a candle warmer lamp for $39.99 on November 21st 2023 as a Christmas gift and still have not received it! I've sent numerous emails and it comes back to me saying email does not exist I've called numerous times to get voicemails. This company does not exist or there ignoring all of my attempts!!!! I just want my hard earned 40 dollars back! I since ordered the same thing on Amazon for half the price and received it in one day!!!!! Why people steal and cheat is beyond me...there day will come I put a call into Karma!!!!

SRL sent my order to an incorrect address. I emailed the company after 2wks of not receiving after my order was supposedly delivered "in/at" mailbox. I didn't get answer, tried again 4 days later with no success.
I finally decided to go thru IG, as that was the way I ordered. I got thru to them, but they refused to take responsibility for the error.
This was not the first time I ordered from them. My address and email was in their system. Yet my name somehow got linked to someone else's address on this order. SRL feels no responsibility for this mishap, nor feels the need to satisfy a customer. Very poor on their part!!

Took forever for a shipping update - disnt recieve notice until "they are delivered". Quality of hoodies is not up to par. Pill horribly and release lint like crazy. Attempted to return them but can't get any information from customer service. Ridiculous. Don't bother ordering!!
